All Good news, is great news, these days. All-day, every day, are millions of negative, nasty, and some hateful social media posts. Major news outlets, more and more get caught broadcasting fake news. The reality is there are unlimited acts of kindness in the world, every day, we just don’t see them.
Here are a few, involving our heroes from law enforcement, saving mothers’ most precious possessions, her babies.
Dramatic security footage captured the moment a Palmdale Sheriff’s Station deputy sprang into action to help save a choking baby.
On Tuesday, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department shared a two-minute video on social media of Deputy Cameron Kinsey rushing to help a mother whose 11-month-old son was in “physical distress,” according to officials. The incident occurred May 31 near a protest at a park in Palmdale, California.
In the video, a visibly frantic woman carries a child in her arms and rushes across a supermarket parking lot, appearing to tap the child on the back as another woman flags down help.
A uniformed deputy, identified as Kinsey, can be seen in the video rushing toward the baby boy before taking him into his arms.
Officials said Kinsey “immediately recognized something was gravely wrong” and “administered a mouth sweep with his finger and dislodged vomit.”
Paramedics arrived shortly after to transport the child to a nearby hospital for treatment, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

The second story – From Inside Edition
A routine traffic stop quickly turned into a life-or-death scenario. A deputy sheriff in South Carolina pulled a little girl’s mom over for speeding, only to find the family was racing the 12-day-old to the hospital because she was choking. For four minutes, the deputy massages her little heart and talks to her to get her to breathe normally. A fire truck soon arrives and the crew takes over. The infant was rushed to the hospital and is now home fully recovered.
These are great reminders that peace officers are trained to be ready for almost any situation. Both these mothers’ lives could have been dramatically altered if it were not for these 2 men, in uniform. Life is about faith, family and country, let’s commit to resetting our minds often, from the insanity of modern America to just pursuing life, as American citizens, living in freedom. Treating each other as we would want to be treated.
