The Centers For Disease Control(CDC) was established on July 1, 1946, in Atlanta, GA. Its main goal is to protect Public health and safety through the control and prevention of disease, injury, and disability in the US and internationally.
Just like other areas of our government, more money that has been allocated to the CDC, and with major advancements in technology, this group should be up to speed on the latest research and have one of the most talented scientific teams on Earth.
Instead, we have seen, from before the AIDS virus, a lethargic, non-productive, growing bureaucracy, burning through billions of dollars, with VERY little to show for the investment in time talent and riches.
There is still no cure for AIDS, millions of American’s have suffered through various viruses that have plagued our nation, and the group, lead by Dr. Fauci, has mismanaged the “CV” Pandemic. Incorrect forecasts, based on known bad modeling data, have slowed our country’s re-opening and caused anger and confusion through the land.
Now that states are finalizing their plans to open the schools this fall, let’s look back to May to see what CDC guidelines were released for them to use.
The CDC’s recommendations for the manner in which schools should be run in the future. CDC’s guidelines for opening schools
Despite children being 7 times more likely to die from the flu than the Chinese Virus, the CDC thinks they are in the position to invade the classroom with their intrusive proposals.
President Trump at the time objected and still wants all unnecessary obstacles for the children to be removed.
I disagree with @CDCgov on their very tough & expensive guidelines for opening schools. While they want them open, they are asking schools to do very impractical things. I will be meeting with them!!!

The good news is, the movement for reopening the schools is underway ahead across America. The question is how cumbersome will the CDC recommendations for the teachers and staff, as they try to unnecessarily keep the children 6 ft apart, in already undersized school rooms, and restrict their physical activities.

I agree with our President, which will cost extra money, which they don’t have, and make education even more difficult for the students trying to learn and teachers trying to prepare the next generation to complete.
