EXCERPT : President Trump has been gaining dramatic favor among black voters as the black community sees a steady decrease in unemployment.
President Trump’s black voter support jumped nine percentage points during the Republican National Convention according to a new Hill-HarrisX poll.
A poll taken during August 8-11 showed that 15% of black voters support Trump.
A poll taken during August 22-25 showed that 24% of black voters support Trump.
The final two days of the poll were also the first two days of the RNC.
The survey also showed that Trump’s support has remained steady with rural voters, up 2% with Hispanic voters, but overall down 1% for a final 44% support.

President Trump also included “opportunity zones” in his Tax Cut and Jobs Act. Opportunity zones are impoverished areas that are designated as areas where large companies can benefit from by investing there.
For example, if a corporation sells property and profits from the sell, they will be alleviated of capital gains tax if they use the profit to invest in opportunity zones.
Opportunity zones generally have large minority communities and strongly benefit from the structure of the opportunity zones’ economic outcome.
The blend of capitalism and charity is largely in practice with opportunity zones.
