The Forensic audit of the Arizona 2020 Presidential election appears to be drawing close to an end with lots of activity on Wednesday evening.
Cyber Ninjas, the audit team, released an update on the funding of the AZ Audit:
Sarasota, Fl, (July 28, 2021)- As we near the competition of the Maricopa Country Forensics Election Audit, Cyber Ninjas, CEO Doug Logan released the following statement on behalf of the audit team:
“We’d like to take a moment to thank our many workers, volunteers, and sponsors that helped make this audit a success. This monumental effort would not have been possible without all of your help and support. More than 1,500 people have been involved in the most comprehensive audit in American history, investing more than 100,000 hours. Our Sponsors have raised and provided over $5 Million, and tens of thousands of you have rated for the world or our hands to determine truth, whatever it may be. For all of this, we are eternally grateful. We Truly couldn’t have done this without you.
“As we continue our commitment to transparency, we want to take this opportunity to publicly thanks and disclose those organizations that have supported us during this audit. The America Project has proved over 56% of the total proceeds reviewed today, and America’s Future has brought in 17%. In addition to their financial support, the America Project, Voices and Votes, and the DePerno Team (behind Election Integrity Funds for the American Republic, EIFFTAR) have also provided operational support and advice pivotal in executing the audit. We’d also like to specifically thank Apologia Church in Phoenix, who provided snacks for all of our participants throughout the duration of the audit and tirelessly worked behind the scenes to make this all a success. We couldn’t have done this without everyone’s help.
“The following chart outlines all money we’ve received to date beyond the $150,000 contracted from the Arizona Senate.
The America Project $3,250,000.00
America’s Future $976,514.43
Voices and Votes $605,000.00
Defending the Republic $550,000.00

The AP reported on some last min threats of resignation from Ken Bennett, who reversed course.
Hours after former Republican Secretary of State Ken Bennett said he planned to step down as the Arizona Senate’s liaison to the GOP-led audit of the 2020 election, he said Wednesday that he had reached an agreement to stay on.
Bennett is the only audit leader with substantial experience in elections. His presence lent credibility to an unprecedented post-election review that has been marred by missteps and run by contractors steeped in former President Donald Trump’s false narrative that the election was fraudulent.

Bennett told a conservative radio host in the morning that he planned to step down because he had been barred from the building where the audit was taking place and couldn’t lend his name to a process he couldn’t observe.
Hours later, he said he had reached an agreement with Senate President Karen Fann to stay on. He didn’t release details but said he and Fann were working on a joint statement.
