If he weren’t running for the most powerful office in the world, and to push for a total transformation of American, one could almost feel bad for Democrat Presidential candidate Joe Biden, who was forced, by President Donald Trump’s highly energetic campaign and increased favorability, to get out on the campaign trail and meet people and speak to the press.
Wednesday, Biden had a speech and Press conference in Willmington Delaware, where he seemed to struggle to make sense while attempting to make a jab at his opponent Trump, who shows no sign at all of slowing down or feeling sorry for Biden.
Jason Miller, one of Trump’s senior advisors reported that Biden said, “Never Being Seem To, What You, You Can Do Anything, You’re, You Always..”
The full speech is about School openings, which is what Trump is trying to do, but has gotten push back from the Democrat Party and Teacher’s Union. Biden is telling Trump to negotiate a deal, but it is unclear who Biden wants Trump to negotiate with.
Heard on the video is Biden getting lost in his thoughts, stammering and trying to remember what he is talking about.
“Stop your boast about… you never seem to be… you always say.. (shaking head) you can do anything… ,” Biden said.
Curiously, Biden is heard tipping off his staffers to help him by choosing questions from the audience.
Bidden then said,”I am happy to take questions you may have and I guess staff is going to call on whoever, so fire away.
Embarrassingly Biden seems to have forgotten what transpired prior to speech.
“”And so what I’ve done is I’ve met with via via what I did this morning with the medical experts,” Biden said, and appears to have forgotten what he did just a few hours ago” an observer wrote.
Trump has made it a talking point that Biden is slow and suffering from something that impairs his judgement:
38% PEOPLE THINK BIDEN HAS DEMENTIA
In late June Rasmussen polls published a report that 38% people polled believed that Biden was suffering from Dementia.
According to their report:
“Nearly four-out-of-10 voters believe Joe Biden has dementia. Most voters, including just over half of Democrats, feel it is important for the likely Democratic presidential nominee to publicly address the issue.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 38% of Likely U.S. Voters think Biden is suffering from some form of dementia. Based on what they have seen and read, 48% disagree, but 14% are not sure. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
Twenty percent (20%) of voters in his own party think Biden has dementia. But that compares to 66% of Republicans and 30% of voters not affiliated with either major party.”

So just time the Democrat Media allies have come up with an explanation of why people believe Bidden isn’t perfectly well, is because it is a Russian Plot.
So all of a sudden there is a leaked mysterious classified publication that explains it all away.
The leftist media has an explanation for everything.
