Border Judges To Officially Declare Border Crisis To Be An Invasion

Democrat Joe Biden is the representative for the mass hatred of the America First agenda, and that destain and frustration- with the American people- has reached an epic level that we have never experienced at any time prior to the end of the American Revolution.

A group of people will announce today at 3pm Texas time that the United States of America is under an invasion.

Fox News reported that numerous counties will join a press conference about the move:

Republican-US House candidate, Chip Roy, sounded off about the alarming situation:

Just one day after the nation’s celebration of our Declaration of Independence, a group of lawmakers in Texas are planning on making a statement to declare that the United States, because of the policies of the Biden administration- are facing an invasion of illegal migrants.

Fox News Bill Melugin reported about the development- on Twitter:

“NEW: Several TX counties will hold a press conference in Brackettville, TX later today where they plan to declare an “invasion” at the border. I’m told they plan to reference Article IV Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees states federal protection from invasion.

The press conference will be led by Kinney County, which has seen its local resources overwhelmed during this border crisis. I’m told these counties hope TX Governor Greg Abbott will follow suit with a declaration of invasion at the state level. Presser at 3pm TX time.“

Former acting ICE director Tom Homan is pushing for Texas to declare an invasion as the border crisis escalates as a result of Biden’s open border policies.

Homan joined “Fox & Friends” Tuesday to reveal exclusively that local judges and sheriffs will ask Texas Governor Greg Abbott for an invasion declaration in order to step up measures to secure the southern border.

“There’s a press conference out of Texas this afternoon with several sheriffs and several judges. And I’ve been pushing the idea, along with several others, that we need to look at the invasion clause of the Constitution,” said Homan, adding that state and local officials want to be able to make arrests of people crossing illegally.

The invasion clause is simply:

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”

Recently US Rep. Tom McClintock spoke at a Committee meeting and detailed the massive weight of the invasion in Joe Biden’s first 18 months in office:

If Biden ends Title 42, Rep. Tom McClintock (R-CA) has said some 18,000 border crossers and illegal aliens could be released into the U.S. interior every day, noting “that is the same as admitting a new state of Alaska every 40 days.”

Some political watchers see this step as the first step in impeaching Joe Biden.

US Rep. Majorie Taylor Green has blasted Joe Biden many times about the invasion and called for his impeachment:

“50 people found dead in a tractor-trailer in TX from human trafficking of illegal aliens. NOT a mass shooting. This is 100% on Joe Biden and his administration’s REFUSAL to secure our border causing migrant deaths & record fentanyl poisonings of Americans,” MTG posted.

The congresswoman has already filed  impeachment articles on Biden:
