President Donald J. Trump made a startling announcement Wednesday, that Brad Parscale his Campaign Manager since Feb 2018, had been demoted after weeks of speculation and mounting anger over Parscale allegedly misrepresenting the attendees for the Tulsa rally, causing embarrassment for the Trump family, especially Jared and Ivanka.
“I am pleased to announce that Bill Stepien has been promoted to the role of Trump Campaign Manager,” President Donald Trump said in a statement. Brad Parscale, who has been with me for a very long time and has led our tremendous digital and data strategies, will remain in that role while being a Senior Advisor to the campaign.
I look forward to having a big and very important second win together. This one should be a lot easier as our poll numbers are rising fast, the economy is getting better, vaccines and therapeutics will soon be on the way, and Americans want safe streets and communities,” Trump wrote in a Facebook post.

Speculation was Parscale’s final mistake was that he was unprepared for the Tulsa rally and caused thousands of empty seats to be used by the media to hurt Trump, after having the email database filled up with fake data.
Parscale denied that people entering fake data caused the empty seats.

Parscale wrote in response to the media speculation, “Leftists and online trolls are doing a victory lap, thinking they somehow impacted rally attendance, don’t know what they’re talking about or how our rallies work. Reporters who wrote gleefully about TikTok and K-pop fans — without contacting the campaign for comment — behaved unprofessionally and were willing dupes to the charade.”
Other speculation online emerged from political watchers and proving that Parscale was not without fans:

Very simply said, Brad Parscale has been invaluable to not only this campaign but was the key in making the digital impact needed in 2016. I'm glad he's staying on in a vital capacity. I don't know the new manager.. but, I know Brad and he plays a huge role in success. @parscale

According to Politico,”Bill Stepien is a longtime Trump adviser. After joining the president’s campaign in the summer of 2016, he went on to become White House political director. After the 2018 midterms, he left the White House to join the reelection effort as a consultant. He was recently promoted to deputy campaign manager, a move intended to bolster Parscale amid the campaign’s struggles. Prior to joining Trump’s orbit, Stepien served as a top political adviser to ex-New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie.”
Politico also reported that Stepien is a friend of Jared Kushner’s.

Stepien is known as a hard worker:
“I’ve never met somebody who is as tenacious, hard-working, incredibly loyal to the mission and the principal, and very smart and understands politics at a high-intellect level,” said Republican political consultant Mike Duhaime, who has known Stepien since he was 15 years old and used to coach him at hockey. “Nobody is going to ever out-work him.”
