A common tactic of the left is to infiltrate groups and movements and steer people to the left, and when that doesn’t work, create opportunities and covers for other leftists to spread a false narrative against the right. We were told about these tactics starting in the 1950s with Community Organizer Saul Alinsky, who admitted for the world to see- those were his tactics.
Key Point: On Monday WRAL in North Carolina and other media ran with a story about a fragile school board who canceled a meeting after getting “threats”. The leftist media conveniently neglected to tell the whole story and cite details- in favor of framing concerned citizens.
Here is the left’s narrative, keep reading for the read story, complete with facts:
HOW DOES THE LEFT DESTROY THE MAJORITY?
The left was able to destroy the Tea Party movement, to infiltrate the re-open movement, to elevate the summer of riots, to discredit the voter integrity movement, and to debase the Jan. 6th movement, and now they are misdirecting the CRT and school board movement by helping to create a violent and chaotic scene so other Democrats can claim they are too scared of concerned parents, to listen to the concerns of out of control racism and unjust COVID policies.
These same Marxist-Style organizing tactics have been used since the beginning of the country, but many people are unaware of the damage political theater has on real issues. The left has taken the country to it’s knees, and yet many people do not question how the minority left continues to tick people as they do.
BACK TO MOORE COUNTY SCHOOLS
Consider this story in a small town in North Carolina, where the media, the Democrats, the left and the school board are working in conjunction to make liberty-loving Americans sound violent and crazy.
And expect the tactic to spread quickly into a bigger media message using the media.
Check out WRAL make is sound so scary… and keep reading to find a school board member bust up this narrative.
“Threat over mask mandate prompts Moore County school board to cancel meeting”
From left-leaning WRAL’s article:
The Moore County Board of Education decided to cancel Monday night’s meeting after board members received a threatening letter about the school mask policy.
The board had planned to meet at 4 p.m. to discuss the current mask mandate, among other topics. The threatening letter, according to board member Robert Levy, said that the person was going to show up at school board members’ homes and pressure them to drop the district’s mask mandate.
“They said, ‘we know where you live,'” he said.
WHAT REALLY HAPPENED? WHAT DID WRAL SKIP? THE FACTS:
According to local activist and radio personality, JD Zumwalt, WRAL’s coverage is suspect. Zumwalt posted on Facebook about a letter he sent to the school board, that caused a huge stir.
HERE IS THE ‘SCARY’ LETTER:
Last Wednesday – I sent the following e-mail to the Chair of the Moore County School Board, Libby Carter. I did so in good faith. You’d think I would learn.
at 0630 AM, Zumwalt reported on his Facebook page.
A group of concerned citizens is planning to attend the September 13, 2021 Moore County School Board Meeting at West Pine Elementary School. They are planning to meet at 4:00 PM and participate in a peaceful, non-disruptive rally similar to the ones held at most school board meetings this year. As you know, the group is well-mannered, unobstructed and simply exercising our individual and collective right to Free Speech.
This Free Speech is protected by the United States and North Carolina Constitution. In 2017, the North Carolina General Assembly severely curtailed the ability of North Carolina Colleges and Universities to restrict the exercise of Free Speech to designated “Free Speech Zones” by adopting NCGS 116-300. While this applies to higher education, the principles are the same.
This is especially true when you consider that our rally is in response to a traditional government function (government meeting) that just happens to be taking place on a school campus. Therefore, keeping in mind the School Board’s legitimate reasonable time, place and manner considerations, and in a spirit of cooperation, the following free speech location is proposed: in the grassy area to the left/north side of the main entrance as illustrated in the attached photograph.
Since school dismisses at 2:45 PM, the free speech rally will not interfere in any educational activities. While the campus remains open for various after school activities until 6:00 PM, that would not justify curtailing constitutional Free Speech Rights. After all, you selected the time and the location of your traditional government meeting. Therefore, do not use “time and location” as an excuse to attempt to unlawfully limit the exercise of the public’s constitutional rights.
Libby – I am directing this email to you due to what happened to the rally before the school board meeting at Union Pines High School. Citizens attempted to rally in front of the main entrance to the school – which they had done so in the past and which would not obstruct the entrance in any way but which would provide visibility and audibility.
As they set up, they were instructed by armed Moore County School Police officers that they would need to move to the upper parking lot out of sight and hearing of the entryway to the meeting. ( As you know, or your attorney can advise you, demonstrations/rallies should be permitted “within sight and sound of its intended audience”). They were told that the directive to move the rally to an area far removed from the “sights and sounds” of our intended audience came from you and/or the Superintendent. As I am sure you are aware, I reported extensively on this meeting on WEEB.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We will proceed with our plans to rally on September 13, 2021 at West Pine Elementary School in the space designated in the photograph beginning at 4:00 PM and concluding as the school board meeting begins at approximately 6:00 PM unless we hear differently from you by the end of business today, September 8, 2021. I would appreciate a prompt email response so we can determine if your response is constitutionally appropriate or if we need to take legal action to protect citizens’ constitutional rights.
As always, you can also reach me at (910) 783-5264. And you have a standing invitation for a live interview on WEEB radio at any time.
BUSTED! SCHOOL BOARD MEMBER RESPONDS TO ZUMWALT’S LETTER AND SAYS IT IS NOT ‘SCARY’:
Saturday at 2:14 School Board member Bob Levy posted the following to his Facebook account.
Late yesterday afternoon, I was informed that the site of the Moore County School Board meeting, previously announced as being held at West Pine Elementary School near Pinehurst was being moved to the District Headquarters in Carthage.
Moreover, no public protests, no matter how peaceful and no matter how reasonable would be tolerated (not even protests like those previously allowed outside past board meetings). The implication was that those residents peacefully and responsibly exercising their First Amendment rights would be arrested.
I was not consulted.
To the best of my knowledge, no board member was consulted. These Draconian rules were initiated with the complicity the Chair of the Board and with no apparent board authority.
I received a cryptic message yesterday. It gave me the “ security” reason for this change in venue. I was told that it was confidential attorney-client information so I could not discuss the specifics publicly.
Now, this communication was, to be generous, idiotic. First, the board announced to the press “Moore County Schools emphasizes that we are aware of no threats to the safety or security of students, staff, parents, or visitors at any Moore County school.”
So, if there was no threat and no danger to the safety of anyone or any school, student or visitor, why is the First Amendment suspended? Why are peaceful and reasonable demonstrations banned? What is the secret?
Well, there is no secret. The non- threatening reason for suspension of the First Amendment is well known to the person or people who prompted it. It is also well known to the police and to school officials. The reasoning of the District was so weak that we on the board were told it was “ confidential” just to make it look like it was serious. It was not.
But, the secrecy made the concern look ominous. And, the secret itself endowed the holder with the power to require unquestioned obedience to its authority. The result was suspension of Free Speech.
In Moore County, with a single statement of “ emergency, ” a microcosm of Biden’s America was put into place…. “OBEY or go to jail.Discourse is counterproductive to authority. So, for your own safety, do not question what you are not allowed to understand!”
I always find it interesting that this woke culture is light years ahead of our educational curriculum. Even our new Civics curriculum teaches, among other things, that effective strategies to meet injustice include “ picketing” and “ marching”. Unfortunately now we must add that if government can denote an “ emergency, ” then all rights are suspended and all reasonable dissent is cancelled by the power of the state.
I hope that both liberals and conservatives… Republicans and Democrats can agree that when the power of the state eliminates the expression of of a free people, then we have evolved into nothing less than tyranny. Whether the dissent involves a protest against an unpopular war, racial segregation, the masking of children or unwanted chemical injections, it matters not.
The message of dissenters will change over time as will our disposition with respect to their cause. But, the act of dissent itself is a natural right… it is the right of free speech granted us not by government, but by our Creator as an inalienable right. We must guard it scrupulously and hold to account those who try to take it away.

WHAT HAPPENED AT THE EVENT? A LEFTIST SHOWED UP AND WAS VIOLENT
Zumwalt reported on the actual event:
The rally today at the school board meeting was a huge success. I was proud to be there and be a very small part of it.
People were respectful and applauded the police that were there.
I now know why they were present. They were there to protect the conservatives who simply wanted to exercise their First Amendment Rights. From who (Or is it whom?)
From the left-wing nut who cursed us – Obnoxiously got in our face – And overall was a horrible role model for the young lady who was with her. (Maybe her daughter?)
The police had to remove her.
She told us she had COVID – Got right in our face – And considering her claim of having COVID – I can’t help but consider that a threatening move.
She actually did yell at us – I have COVID.
I’d be ashamed if one of the rally attendees had acted this way.
When I say God bless America – I mean it sincerely.
See – The First Amendment gives this lady just as much right as it gives us. She insisted on crossing that line – Everyone knows where that line is.
Just for the record – The Pathetic Pilot completely screwed up two stories about the amazingly peaceful rally.
1. There has never been what Carter called a “credible” threat to board members. There was not a threat of any kind – According to the Moore County Schools agenda post at the bottom of the page.
2. The lone protestor got in people’s face and yelled, “I have COVID” .
Police officers on the scene dealt with her after observing her actions.
3. This was NOT an anti-mask protest. It was an anti legacy school board protest. There are many – Many issues – And of course one of them is masks.
The Pathetic Pilot’s “star” reporter, Jamie Baxley has never been held to any kind of journalistic standard.
Over 100 people were there. Police officers were there. We all saw the same thing. By the time the ace reporter arrived the lady and the child with her had left – And of course, Baxley got it wrong.
Honestly – It feels like Pathetic Pilot John Nagy tries hard to write the worst headlines he can. I don’t know how we are supposed to trust him when his fiancé is the communication director for the schools.
The Pathetic Pilot touts Baxley as their award-winning journalist. I’d love to see who he beat. The Flea Market Gazzette?
And the media didn’t correct their story. That is a pattern for WRAL.
