Republican Rachel Hamm is already out doing the work of California’s Secretary of State by demanding answers for what appears to be a massive setup for fraud in the recall election to happen on Tuesday. Democrat A listers are rushing to Gavin Newsome’s side to try to help a candidate that most people assume is underwater.
“Newsome is bragging about being 10 points ahead, but if he was why would all of the Democrats have to rush to California to campaign for him? ” Hamm asked me when I caught up with her on Monday for an update to her office’s press release.
According to the press release:
“A bombshell report by KTLA-TV last night revealed that Republican voters in the San Fernando Valley area are showing up to their precinct to vote, being told they have already voted, and given provisional ballots, instead. This raises obvious concern for the integrity of California’s election system, and in particular the mail-in and provisional ballot processes,” a press release from Hamm’s office read.
CA Secretary of State candidate Rachel Hamm is calling on current Secretary of State, Dr. Shirley Weber, to answer these 4 questions:
1. What is the number of provisional ballots given out in the 2020 presidential election versus this election?
2. Of the provisional ballots given out, what is the breakdown of party affiliation in both elections (i.e., How many Republicans were
given provisional ballots vs. how many Democrats)
3. How are these provisional ballots adjudicated? Who is adjudicating them?
4. What is the outcome of the adjudicated ballots? We must know the percentage of mail-in ballots accepted versus provisional ballots being accepted in both elections. Why are these questions so important?
WHAT IS GOING ON?
I spoke with Hamm Monday afternoon about her concerns over the recall election. She told me about a strange occurrence there where Republicans, who were going to vote, were being told they already voted and were handed a provisional ballot.
“The man’s name is Emon Afshar- and he is heard on video telling people that he did not vote. We are hearing that Republicans who were found to have already voted, voted no to the recall- and the people who are being given provisional ballots now because someone voted in their name are 100% Republicans. It is happening in two different areas, San Fernado Valley and Woodland Hilla. There is a video of a man being told that70% of people coming in to vote are being told that already voted- address- the name of the polling place is: 6543 Corbin Ave Woodland Hills CA 91467,” Hamm told me.

Registrar’s office says the problem was settings on electronic poll book devices used to check in voters. “The voters…were provided a provisional ballot, the fail-safe option to ensure no one is turned away from voting…the equipment locations was replaced & voting continued.”

HUGE CONCERNS FOR FRAUD
Hamm told me that she is hearing there were 11 investigators in the Secretary of State’s office, but now three people are looking into claims of fraud in the election, and one person took the week off, which is unheard of during an election. So technically, there are only two investigators left to look at all of the cases and ballots that get red flags.
Hamm’s office released a statement that read:
“According to the Public Interest Legal Foundation, 15 million mail-in ballots went “unaccounted for” in the 2020 election; approximately 1.5 million in LA County alone. Where did those ballots go? Could this be a gaping hole for bad actors to insert harvested ballots? Trained investigators in the CA Secretary of State’s Office *should* be asking these questions. However, a confidential source has alerted Hamm that there are only 3 investigators on staff for the entire state of California (down from 11 in recent months), and one of the 3 investigators has reportedly been granted vacation this week“When there is a statewide election, it is all hands on deck. I find it highly suspicious that one of only 3 investigators in the Secretary of State’s Office was given vacation time in the middle of one of the most consequential elections in the history of California,” said Hamm.

On top of cutting more than 70% of the department’s investigators, a confidential source tells Hamm, the 3 that remain are required to work from home 4-days a week due to Covid-19 and no longer have direct access to the VoteCal database, which is required to do their “Why are these investigators being handcuffed from doing their job? Secretary of State Dr. Shirley Weber must answer all of these questions immediately. The people of California will not sit idly by and watch establishment politicians continue to turn a blind eye to clear irregularities and fraud.”
