Attorney General Bill Barr released directives on Monday that US Attorneys that they should start to probe voter fraud issues saying they should “pursue substantial allegations” of voter fraud, and immediately an appointee of former President Barack, Obama, with a disastrous past, had a temper tantrum saying there was no proof of anything wrong with the election, resigned his position and emailed his friends to pout about it and to undermine Barr.
Friends of the DOJ member who quit his position and former workers under Obama, made a mockery over Barr’s statement, refusing to “normalize” the Attorney General of the United States, in a continued pattern of resistance to the authority of President Donald J. Trump.
Barr’s statement said: “given that voting in our current elections has now concluded, I authorize you to pursue substantial allegations of voting + vote tabulation irregularities prior to the certification of elections in your jurisdictions in certain cases” + “While it is imperative that credible allegations be addressed in a timely + effective manner, it is equally imperative that Department personnel exercise appropriate caution + maintain the Department’s absolute commitment to fairness, neutrality + non-partisanship” + “Nothing here should be taken as an indication that the Department has concluded that voting irregularities have impacted the outcome of any election”
And very quickly after that memo went out the civil servant in charge of election crimes resigned from his position, which was just another twist in the strange story of the Presidential 2020 election.
About that resignation:
Daily Mail reported on the matter, “Donald Trump Jr has accused the Justice Department official who oversees investigations of voter fraud of being a member of the ‘Deep State’, after the official dramatically quit on Monday night.
Richard Pilger resigned after Attorney General William Barr authorized federal prosecutors across the U.S. to pursue ‘substantial allegations’ of voting irregularities before the 2020 presidential election is certified, despite little evidence of fraud.”
NBC News reported:
“The head of the branch of the Justice Department that prosecutes election crimes resigned Monday hours after Attorney General William Barr issued a memo to federal prosecutors authorizing them to investigate “specific allegations” of voter fraud before the results of the presidential race are certified.
Richard Pilger, who was director of the Election Crimes Branch of the DOJ, sent a memo to colleagues that suggested his resignation was linked to Barr’s memo, which was issued as the president’s legal team mount baseless legal challenges to the election results, alleging widespread voter fraud cost him the race.”
Pilger wrote his friends that he felt he was staying with the DOJ and that he justified to quit his position, announcing that the new director of election crimes is Robert Heberle.
One on Pilger’s friends reacted to the announcement and wrote, “the Acting Director Robert Heberle is a career DoJ lawyer and seems like a stand up professional.”
In the email, Pilger mentions his resignation comes as protest to Trump’s attorney William Barr’s decision to authorise investigation into voter fraud.

From the Pilger statement, “DOJ prosecutor overseeing voter fraud unit leaves his post after Barr’s new order: “Having familiarized myself with the new policy and its ramifications … I must regretfully resign from my role as director of the Election Crimes Branch.”
