Imagine relying upon Democrat Joe Biden to deliver anything important to you or to honor his campaign promises. That takes a special sort of naivety. It is hard to understand why Evangelicals for Biden trusted Biden, a group who should know better because how Christian does Biden’s policies and pattern of behavior really appear to be? Nevertheless, they released a public letter recently to outline their hurt feelings.
“Pro-life evangelicals for Joe Biden wrote an open letter to the president on March 7, calling on him to “honor his commitment” and telling him they “feel used and betrayed” after the Hyde Amendment was excluded from the Democrats’ $1.9 trillion CCP virus relief package.
The Hyde Amendment is legislation that took effect in 1980 to prohibit federal funds from being used to perform abortions, with exceptions for life-saving situations of pregnancy resulting from rape or incest.
“We are very disappointed about the COVID-19 relief package’s exclusion of the Hyde Amendment, a longstanding, bipartisan policy that prevents taxpayer funding for abortion,” the letter reads.
“We’re even more upset that the Biden administration is supporting this bill,” The Epoch Times reported.
Even the Christian media is surprised that “Evangelicals for Biden” show remorse now when it is far too late.
“To be totally candid, it was hard for me to believe the headline was real. “Pro-life Evangelicals for Biden: ‘We feel used and betrayed.’”
Seriously? They “feel used and betrayed” because the pro-abortion president they helped put in the office did exactly what he said he would do? They “feel used and betrayed” because he carried out his campaign promises? They “feel used and betrayed” because he stayed true to the Democratic Platform?”

Could the explanation be that the group “Evangelicals for Biden” is just a drifting, money-making propaganda scheme?
The Christian Post goes on:
“After all, on July 6, 2019, the New York Times ran the headline, “Joe Biden Denounces Hyde Amendment, Reversing His Position.”
And the Democratic platform plainly states, “We will repeal the Hyde Amendment and protect and codify Roe v. Wade.”
Yet when the president’s COVID-relief package was put forward without reinforcing the Hyde Amendment, these Biden-supporting evangelicals were shocked: “We feel used and betrayed and have no intention of simply watching these kinds of efforts happen from the sidelines. We call on President Biden to honor his commitment to us and immediately demand that the House of Representatives apply the Hyde language to the American Relief Package.”
Please. This is willful ignorance.”
For voters to believe that Biden would do anything other than act like a child and be wreckless with power is so profoundly sheltered and simple.
Voters need to be aware of the issues and think critically before casting their vote, like choosing a winner on the island.

Other voters need to point out the critical issues to low information voters. We have a country to save. Evangelicals for Biden is silly.
Grow up, people.
