A man from Raleigh North Carolina captured some film on Jan. 6th at the US Capitol that could very easily dispute the entire government’s narrative about what happened there that day, and even though he has been de-platformed and harassed, he has been able to-courageously- get his footage out to the public.
Key Point: The federal government is pushing a narrative that people were being violent at the Capitol that day, while at the same time withholding film evidence from detainees who were arrested, and from the public that could disprove their story.
Attorney Mark Zaid posted on Twitter, his point of view about something that may now be in dispute, after viewing video footage available from an NC Citizen Journalist shown below.
Zaid claimed that Harry Dunn, his client was not, assisted by an Oath Keeper Kelly Meggs, who is in police custody since Jan. 6th. Meggs claims he was assisting Dunn and footage may prove that he was telling the truth.
The footage below shows that Zaid may be very wrong and Meggs may be very honest.
Here is Zaid laying out his case.
I represent USCP Officer #HarryDunn. This oath keeper claim is beyond absurd. He did nothing to "help" my client, who was also not "at risk".
This defendant should remain in custody pending trial. #ConsequencesForSedition https://t.co/RN8aKBr4rM

WHAT IF MEGGS WAS TELLING THE TRUTH? WHAT IF HE WAS PROTECTING DUNN?
Consider this story by the Citizen Journalist:
“I went to DC that day because I thought it would be the last Trump event. I had reported on the riots in Raleigh, so I had a custom camera for that kind of clash with Antifa. So I bought my camera to DC just in case. I followed some people to the capitol, and I could see that there was that same type of riot atmosphere in the air as I experienced in Raleigh. I arrived outside the building shortly before the breach occurred. I only entered when I saw many others doing so, to report on the event. I followed the crowd,” Stephen Horn, a local journalist from The Triangle Triangle, told me about the footage he posted on Twitter.
“I finally got around to putting a short video showing Oath Keepers in the Capitol on January 6 protecting a police officer (possibly Harry Dunn) from more agitated individuals”
This is Horn’s footage:

“I posted the footage I had taken and then I had my Facebook page deleted and I was arrested and charged for being in the Capitol,” Horn told me.
Horn has also been de-platormed by Youtube:
The video did contain certain individuals expressing their opinions, such as this one lady making claims about Trump and the Space Force. I assume similar comments are the basis of the removal. https://t.co/NUK1FZBpWo

“I was charged with 4 misdemeanors, like everyone else, including Tresspassing, Disorderly Conduct, Parading or Protesting in the Capitol. I feel I was there as a Journalist covering the event. I have more video on my Rumble and BitChute,” Horn told me.
“I am out here with a passion to cover things because the media has ignored us,” he said about his motivations for covering the story of Jan. 6th.
“I think one of the men on the video is being held currently without bail. Some of my videos may end helping up these guys. I think the Oath Keepers in the video have been arrested,” Horn told me.

“Kelly Meggs is the Oath Keeper that, the FBI is using to push the narrative that the group were so organized, but what I saw was that most people were just there to experience the historical event,” Horn said.
Horn collaborated with another group who is investigating open source footage from Jan. 6th and found some scenes on the internet of a man being pushed off the stairs of the US Capitol. Some reports were that the man had died. Horm disputes that story and told me he had seen the man carried off on a stretcher, and thought he was still alive.
David Summerall of Stophate.com and Horn have joined together to see if they can determine the name and status of the man pushed over the railing at the Capitol Stairs, who is pictured below.
Help ID this man: share for better coverage please.

Even though the US Government is withholding footage like seen above, it is getting out. Please share this story so people can start to think for themselves.
