In Florida, a Federal Judge, an appointee of President Donald J. Trump, has voided the CDC’s mask mandate for airports, planes, and other forms of travel, saying the agency overstepped its authority.
On Monday, a federal judge in Florida struck down the Biden administration’s mask mandate for airplanes and other public transport methods.
The left, as expected- pouted about it- claiming businesses have the right to decide things for themselves:
At the same time, airlines and airports are free to require masks on their planes and remove a-holes who refuse. Fyi. https://t.co/IWGnJCcE5T

However, Republican Governor, Ron DeSantis celebrated the ruling with the people:
“Great to see a federal judge in Florida follow the law and reject the Biden transportation mask mandate. Both airline employees and passengers deserve to have this misery end.”

Immediately many people began to wonder how the “mask nazis” would handle the ruling. Ivory Hecker, a former network news anchor, turned to Twitter too look for stories. The responses she got were interesting:
On a flight now and just boarded. They came on the speaker to say “well I guess it’s just a United policy at this time but mask required on the flight”

On March 23 the New York Times reported that, “the chief executives of American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, United Airlines and several other passenger and cargo carriers made the request Wednesday of Democrat Joe Biden to end mask requirements for planes and airports.”
The chief executives of the largest U.S. airlines asked President Biden on Wednesday to allow a federal mask mandate at airports and on planes to expire today but was expected to be extended.
The group also asked that the government drop a requirement that visitors from abroad provide a negative coronavirus test before traveling to the United States.
“The persistent and steady decline of hospitalization and death rates are the most compelling indicators that our country is well protected against severe disease from Covid-19,” the chief executives of American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, United Airlines and several other passenger and cargo carriers wrote in a letter to Mr. Biden.
“Given that we have entered a different phase of dealing with this virus, we strongly support your view that ‘Covid-19 need no longer control our lives,’” they said, citing a phrase the president used in his State of the Union address earlier this month.
The letter represents the first time that the industry has publicly united against the mask mandate, which was recently extended until mid-April. At a congressional hearing in December, Gary Kelly, the chief executive of Southwest Airlines, cast doubt on the effectiveness of masks on planes, but he stood alone. A day later, Delta’s chief executive, Ed Bastian, told CNBC, “Masks are going to be important as a safeguard for a while yet.”
Earlier this week, TWU Local 556, the union that represents flight attendants from Southwest Airlines, wrote a letter to the Biden administration urging it to drop the federal mask mandate for public transportation.
The answer is: whichever side has the constitution on its side, and that would be the Judge. Airlines may still require masks if they wish, and any passenger is free to wear one. God bless #KathrynMizelle

Of course what most people understand is that the masking isn’t about rights-or health, it is about domination and control. Two things Democrats never give up easily.
