“Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro is being quoted on several media outlets, publicly asserting that the mail-in votes will secure the election victory against President Donald Trump. His comments began when Trump criticized the decision of Pennsylvania officials to accept ballots that arrive three days after Election Day,” said Dennis Speed of Larouche Pac.
“Shapiro, as an official responsible for upholding federal civil rights standards, is not supposed to use his post to prejudice the election. However, he stated publicly: “If all the votes are added up in Pennsylvania, Trump is going to lose. That’s why he’s working overtime to subtract as many votes as possible,” Speed said.
Last week, Shapiro accused Trump of “actively trying to undermine this election.”So, the noise-makers declaring vote fraud even before the counting has begun are high-level state officials, who, themselves, are criminally inferring in the election.
Shapiro posted on Twitter:
Sean Davis reposted a tweet from earlier last week on the matter, retweeting Shapiro:
Matt Whitlock, a senior adviser for the National Republican Senatorial Committee, criticized Twitter for not flagging Shapiro’s tweet like it has done with tweets, predominantly from Republicans, alleging that accepting ballots after Election Day will increase voter fraud.
I covered the Trump Tweet, here of Tuesday morning, when Twitter, disabled a tweet by President Donald J. Trump.
In their article, Pennsylvania AG Declares ‘Trump Is Going to Lose’ If Every Vote Is Counted, promoted Shapiro’s words and Yahoo wrote:
“Democrats have been successful in recent weeks in court against Republicans on Pennsylvania ballot issues. On Wednesday, the Supreme Court granted Democrats a win when it ruled that Pennsylvania election officials may count ballots postmarked on Election Day and received within three days. Last month, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that ballots from voters in the battleground state may not be rejected due to signature comparisons alone.
On Sunday after Trump threatened to sue over the three-day grace period for Pennsylvania ballots, Shapiro said that he expects to win any other legal challenges the administration launches, saying, “if your lawyers want to try us, we’d be happy to defeat you in court one more time.”
And he posted it twice:
He is using a Democrat funded Grassroots Platform, run by former President and Community Organizer, Barack Obama, to promote a message by a social justice activist group.
Shapiro is sending off numerous signals that he plans to win the state, by any means that it takes and his tweets are allowed to stand, while others are not.
Shapiro has promised that he will make sure every ballot gets counted in the hotly contested swing state. More than 2.4 million Pennsylvanians have already voted by mail as of Tuesday.”
Tom Fitton got censored on Twitter for a similar tweet from his own account:
“@Twitter labeling this @TomFitton tweet about concerns that are being litigated now, and NOT labeling this outrageous @JoshShapiroPA tweet declaring the Pennsylvania election is already over is outrageous,” Whitlock tweeted. “Shapiro is an actual election official.

Shapiro did not assert that Biden had already won Pennsylvania. A spokesperson for Twitter told the Washington Examiner that Shapiro’s tweet “is not currently in violation of Twitter Rules.”
Twitter did not address Shapiro’s claim that Trump is “working overtime to subtract as many votes as possible from this process,” The Washington Examiner wrote.
