Because Democrats refuse to allow the traditional amount of bipartisan transparency over elections, with access over voting data being given to both Republicans and Democrats, and because the Democrats refuse to allow Republicans to look at highly suspicious machine voter tabulations, the United States is still in turmoil over the 2020 Presidential Election, led by one small town in Michigan.
“The 2020 Presidential election lawsuit against Antrim County is back before a judge,” reports Michigan media.
HISTORY OF LAWSUIT
Bill Bailey is suing the county over the November 2020 election results and is asking to conduct his own audit of those results. The case has gained national attention for its allegations of fraud and the implications of impacting the presidential election. Traditionally a Republican area, Antrim County results initially showed Joe Biden winning the race. But the clerk admitted the human error, and the results for the county were corrected, swaying to Donald Trump.
But Bailey actually filed suit concerned with a Central Lake village marijuana proposal – because three ballots were spoiled after they were damaged in a close recount.
Because of the successful campaign by Democrats and other invested lawmakers to prevent people from examining the Dominion machines at this time, the Atrim Co. Dominion machines are the only clue people have about the way the machines work. But that information has not to be allowed to enter the courts at this point, so no one is hearing that information.
Bailey’s attorney Matthew DePerno filed for additional discovery in the case, asking to subpoena the townships of the county, and that has caused a new push for the lawsuit.
Michigan’s Antrim County was added to other areas where Dominion Machines raised suspicions about the methods they used to count voter ballots.
The Atrim County machine they looked at in Michigan also showed some of that. Col. Waldron’s team looked it over closely . Reported irregularities at the Michigan house oversight hearing

They are still battling it out in that small town.
DePerno says the subpoenas are “critical” to their case. “We absolutely have to be able to go in and look at the township records, look at the machines, look at their ballots. It’s critical to the case.”
It was reported on Monday that a Michigan judge has granted a defense motion to quash, or cancel, more than a dozen subpoenas seeking extensive township-level voting data the latest action in an ongoing election-related lawsuit in Antrim County. The decision on whether to dismiss the lawsuit is expected as soon as May 18.
According to local Michigan news, that’s the same day a hearing is scheduled on a motion by Bailey’s attorney, Matthew DePerno, to amend the original complaint from November alleging voter fraud, and add Antrim County Clerk Sheryl Guy, Michigan Bureau of Elections Director Jonathan Brater and Grand-Rapids based subcontractor, Election Source, to the list of defendants.
In December, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, represented by attorneys with the state’s Attorney General’s office, successfully filed a motion to be added to the case as a named defendant.
