Radical far left Attorney General of North Carolina, Josh Stein, is in trouble again even though there won’t be any consequences because his political party controls power and justice, and that party reserves laws only for the elite in their group.
Key Point: Watch how the left coordinates to go around the duly elected representatives of the state of North Carolina, and remake laws using leftist activism and bold Marxist tactics to usurp the power of the voter.
Stein was already censured over the way he radicalized North Carolina elections in 2020, and was fired on Monday, and removed from representing the Republican-led General Assembly on a matter of election integrity.
Stein refused to do as the representatives directed, preferring his own personal radical agenda and set a situation into motion that will allow felons to vote in North Carolina, once again bypassing the elected representatives to voice the voices of their constituents as was done in early voting months ahead of the 2020 Presidential election.
“After the Wake County Superior Court ruled against the state and restored voting rights for more than 50,000 North Carolina felons.
The court ruled the state’s 1973 law that blocks North Carolinians who have been released from prison and placed on parole or probation from voting is unconstitutional.
Sen. Warren Daniel, R-Burke, said Attorney General Josh Stein’s office refused to immediately appeal the case, prompting lawmakers Monday to remove the Department of Justice from the case.”
YOU’RE FIRED JOSH STEIN!

Legislators Fire Josh Stein After He Refuses to Appeal Felon Voting Court Decision
Timing of 11th hour court ruling on felon voting lawsuit means an appeal must be submitted immediately
Legislators today asked their lawyer, Attorney General Josh Stein, to appeal, but he refused.
Legislators informed Stein moments ago that he’s fired. A new law firm will pick up the case and file an immediate stay pending appeal.
Raleigh, N.C. – North Carolina lawmakers today fired Attorney General Josh Stein after he refused to appeal a case on their behalf.
What’s Going On?
The North Carolina Constitution stipulates that felons cannot ever vote unless the legislature adopts a law to re-enfranchise them. In 1973, Democrats in the legislature passed such a law outlining when and how felons can regain the right to vote.
More than a year ago, a group filed a lawsuit seeking to overturn that 1973 law. The suit was dormant for most of the year, until earlier this month a court decided to fast-track the case. The trial ended last week and the court verbally issued its decision this morning, but declined to release a written opinion.
The 2-1 decision effectively substitutes the preferred policy outcome of two judges for the policy passed into law by the legislature in 1973.
Sen. Warren Daniel (R-Burke) said, “This law, passed by a Democrat-led legislature 50 years ago, provides a path for felons to regain voting rights. If a judge prefers a different path to regaining those rights, then he or she should run for the General Assembly and propose that path. Judges aren’t supposed to be oligarchs who issue whatever decrees they think best.”
Today is also the deadline for the N.C. State Board of Elections to finalize its materials for the 2021 election, meaning an appeal of the court’s decision must be filed immediately.
Thus, the legislature is confronted with a court order that hasn’t been made public and a time pressure that’s almost impossible to meet.
Attorney General Josh Stein
Given the time pressure, legislative leaders today asked their lawyer, Attorney General Josh Stein, to immediately appeal the judge’s determination. Stein refused, citing an odd technicality that his office says forbids him from appealing a judge’s ruling without a written opinion.
Legislative leaders fired Stein for refusing to perform his duties (read the letter to Stein here).
The legislature will now engage a law firm for representation. They intend to file a stay pending appeal of the court’s ruling as soon as practicable.
The left has used North Carolina as a battleground for years, since Obama’s time when then AG Eric Holder had a war with the state over voter ID, claiming it was just too racist for this state.
The action by Stein on Monday follows a national stragedy to steal North Carolina from the rightward turn it is taking, called the Southern Stragedy led now by Stacey Abrams. The object is to make the state a far-left progressive center, for retaking the entire Southern part of the United States.
THE LEFT IS GOING TO SCREAM- WATCH…
Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) are holding tremendous sway over the law-making in the United States.
Lawyers for the North Carolina NAACP, Community Success Initiative, Justice Served NC and Wash Away Unemployment said the ruling resulted in the state’s largest expansion of voting rights since the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
We know where their outrage over manufactured events will lead.
Attorneys for Senate Leader Phil Berger, R-Rockingham, and House Speaker Tim Moore R-Cleveland, sent a letter Monday to assistant attorneys general Reuben Young and W. Swain Wood, advising them the General Assembly will hire an independent law firm.
Going down a rabbit hole with more reading:
Cooper and Stein are already “partners in crime” in the 2020 Election, having been named in a restraining order for their actions:
Stein, who asked residents of North Carolina to turn in their friends and neighbors for attending the Jan 6th protest in DC, also is a proponent of removing free speech from students.

And most notably Stein, worked in coordination with Marc Ellias, who successfully went around the same NC legislature to change voting laws, while early voting was happening in the 2020 Elections.
