Pastor Artur Pawlowski, a Pastor from Calgary, Canada, has gotten a very public profile over the last year speaking out against Pandemic health regulations in his church. He made a video of health inspectors in his church on Easter Sunday that went viral, and he has faced what he calls pushback from the local government ever since.
“Artur and Dawid Pawlowski were charged with organizing an illegal in-person gathering,” according to local Canadian News, CBA.
“On Saturday, Artur and Dawid Pawlowski were charged with organizing an illegal in-person gathering, inciting or inviting others to attend an illegal gathering, as well as promoting and attending the gathering.
Earlier this week, Alberta Health Services obtained a Court of Queen’s Bench Order that applied to gatherings such as protests, demonstrations, and rallies.
Numerous residents in the area say that the law is not being applied equally to all faiths in the area, which is a large part of the problem of compliance.
Jason Kenney raged at Christian churches that, like Muslim mosques, Sikh temples, Costcos & Walmarts and NHL teams, remain open. He said he’d crush them. Could be. But so far, Artur Pawlowski’s church doesn’t look crushed to me. https://t.co/bMwAj1iNfP pic.twitter.com/nAgw0CU5dX

AHS officials already took action using the order against the Whistle Stop Café in Mirror, Alta., physically closing the restaurant on Wednesday in advance of a planned anti-mask protest. On Saturday, that protest went ahead. Afterward, RCMP officers ticketed those leaving the event and arrested the protest’s organizer,” CBA reported.
Pawlowski has been on the radar of government officials, claims the Canadian press who reported:
Pawlowski was fined last year for failing to adhere to COVID-19 restrictions and has drawn controversy for past comments, like when he said Calgary’s flooding in 2013 was caused by God’s tears over homosexuality.
Pawlowski has also been a speaker at several anti-mask rallies in Calgary.
On Saturday afternoon, police attended the site of a planned anti-mask rally in northeast Calgary — advertised as a “massive exposure rally” — but said no attendees were present.
Supporters of the leftist government are saying that the Pawlowski brothers were arrested for health violations, which skirted the issue that they were arrested for having a gathering, with the bother’s claim is protected speech.
“The issue we see is that there is unfair enforcement, because the Muslims are not having their services or gathering interrupted, “Pawlowski told reporters earlier in the month while discussion his viral Easter video where he called local health officials “Nazis.”
Pawlowski, who according to his biography, is a “Canadian born in Poland on March 28, 1973, in a city called Kożuchów. He grew up under a Communist regime”, is incensed at what he sees in the enrichment of his rights to practice his religion away from the preying power of the government to control him.
Reminder: this wasn’t just any arrest. This was a vendetta against this pastor for standing up to Trudeau tyrantshttps://t.co/3mTaQhMwKN

Rebel News has been advocating for Christian Pastors in Canada, posting Saturday night:
“They hunted him down like he’s a terrorist. Police cars swarmed him as he drove home from his church. They ordered him out of his car and made him kneel down on a busy highway. Please got to SaveArtur.com to help get Pastor Artur Pawlowski out of jail!”
