Phil Kline is an American attorney responsible for numerous voter fraud lawsuits in swing states. He had a press conference in Virginia, offering eyewitness testimony to alleged voter fraud in the 2020 Presidential election between President Donald J. Trump and Democrat Joe Biden. Three Whistleblowers, two of who are employed by the United States Postal Service truck drivers, signed affidavits which says they hauled pre-printed/filled-out ballots by the thousands, one of them across state lines into Pennsylvania, one of the backdated ballots, and one Navy Veteran who said he saw irregularities with USB memory sticks.
“In these urban areas of swing states there was no adherence to the federal voting laws,” Kilne said.
“This evidence deserves investigation, we are sharing this evidence with law enforcement, the FBI, and Attorney’s Generals and given them this information. Tony Schaffer is the lead investigator. People will share stories from a Truck Driver and a subcontractor for the Post Office. About backdated and pre-filled ballots that were delivered in Wisconsin. We also have poll watchers who were denied access to the Counting Room. Americans were kicked out of the counting room in America’s core, and you must ask why. The behavior of a private party cast doubt on the management of the election,” Kline said in his opening.
The government and media elite have refused, at every turn, to hear the stories of real Americans, some of them not even political, to favor the status quo, and they have decided that these stories are not important. Yet, the testimony in hearings like this presser is astounding in their dept of details and their potential for fraud.
Attorney General Bill Bar decided to finally make an appearance in public on Monday, at the same time as Kline’s Press Conference, leading to multiple questions from the press, at the end of the speeches, about Barrs statements.
Upon hearing of Barr’s announcement that the DOJ had no evidence of fraud, Kline said, “We need investigation, that is how you find evidence.”
Using Government data, Kline said his group hired mathematicians and then contacted voters to investigate claims about ballots. “The blood in the streets that points to a problem is irregularities in data. Then we back up, and we look at where there may be a problem, that is in the counting rooms, and we find there are numerous issues that caused problems there because of covid concerns,” he said. “We also have a problem that there was not any transparency with both parties watching the ballots, and this happened in the counting centers claiming there was a Republican in the building somewhere, but they were in a penalty box and could not see the ballots, that is taking America out of the counting room. We had a problem with Dropboxes, and Mark Zuckenberg, and that breeched the chain of custody of the ballots. We were promised transparency, and there has been none. There is no transparency with those drop boxes. We don’t know who had the keys to the Ballot boxes, Kline said about his investigation and the refusals he has faced to get any answers.
“Intentional conduct that makes the auditing of the machines and ballots impossible because of the breakdown in the chain of custody,” Kline said
Gregory Stenstrom, a Navy Veteran and a Pennsylvania poll watcher who previously, said up to 120,000 votes cast in the presidential election should be analyzed for fraud, from Delaware County, testified at a hearing in Gettysburg last week and was the first presenter:
He said he gathered information from 7 pols 22 precincts where he witnessed as a poll observer, “people being given regular ballots instead of provisional ballots, central Delaware voting center and over three days I saw a forensically destructive process between USB and ballots. It was a 5-hour battle to get into the counting center and three days to get into the processing center. I saw many boxes with 500 ballots going into and out of the room, officials refused to ‘et me or other certified officials into the room, we saw disturbing protocols in plain sight, including USB cartridges that were separated from machines and commingled, and the actions destroyed the forensics and corrupted the chain of custody. Our questions went unanswered. I saw someone bring bags of USB cards and enter numbers into the vote tally, and he was allowed to continue, and the tally shot up 50,000 votes for Biden,” he said.
Ethan, a subcontractor in Wisconsin as a route driver was the second speaker:
“On November 4th, I was asked if I had seen the 100,000 missing ballots that went missing around 4 AM. I think it was a lie, the following day; I heard that we had to backdate ballots because people were in trouble. As long as they are postmarked by Nov. 3rd, I didn’t say anything before that because of the hostility for Trump. I overhead people talking about throwing ballots away. I am not a Trump supporter, but this is wrong,” he said.
“At great personal cost, these people come here to tell you what they saw. Do not put the burden on these people to prove fraud; listen to what they told you that they saw,” he said, referring to his witnesses.
“No investigation starts with a conclusion. We need answers to these questions,” Kline said in anticipation of the left’s attempts to discredit the testimony. “Why do they not want us to see the evidence if it proves their innocence?” he said.
The third person to speak was a Truck Driver named Jessie, who had a truck route from Beth Page to Lancaster and Harrisburg Pennsylvania.
Just the News described his testimony as, “Jesse Morgan, truck driver for USPS subcontractor, testified trailer he drove filled w/up to 288K ballots, disappeared from Lancaster, PA USPS depot. Morgan transported those ballots from Bethpage, New York.”
“I am a truck driving; I didn’t want to come. I have everything to lose and nothing to gain. I am already losing. It is a big step, and I have to put myself aside- but I think people should know. I served some time; I had some changes. I didn’t want this on me, but it was put on me, and here I am. I drove a route driving mail. On Oct 21, when I arrived for my usual route expedited made reference to ballots, including saying Hey- you have ballots today- someone really wanted their ballot to count. I saw 24 Gaylords they are not usually put together with duct tape- in total Is aw large cardboard containers- with plastic trays or toes stacked on top of each other – envelope were the same side handwritten return address- and one was registered mail they were couple ballots I didn’t think much of it at the time – at Beth Page, I was given two Gaylords, that were mixed mail bound for Lancaster- Gaylords were loaded first to be the last of the truck- the remainder of the run was ballots going to Harrisburg- I dropped then off in Harrisburg on Oct 21, and I was not allowed to offload. That was different that day- that day- I was made to wait for 6 hours, from 9:15 to 3 pm. It ticked me off, and my bother was in town, and I wanted to see him. I wanted to get the attention of postal workers, but no one would help me- from the time I was there from Beth Page, everything got weird- after waiting 6 hours, I was told to wait for the top supervisor- it was the first time I have had to talk to a supervisor. I had my own supervisor for the company. Supervisors do not talk to Truck drivers like me. They refused to give me a ticket that I was there.
The next day, it got weird. My trailer was gone, 10R1440, and I liked that trailer. Nice air ride. What happened was a series of unusual events that can not be a coincidence. I know I saw ballots that were already filled from New York to Pennsylvania – I thought it was cool to do something for the Presidential race- and I started wondering why I was driving complete ballots from New York to Pennsylvania, and I don’t know why that is why I a speaking out today.”
Kline made the case that Jessie, at great personal expense, was giving the truth to the American people because of the fear of his past coming out. Kline said they have evidence of other ballots coming from the same location. “Unless we have a culture that is respectful of the truth and that people have a right to speak, people are fearful; we need to start changing things. I didn’t promise Nathan or Jessie anything. There ought to be support for these whistleblowers. The mob terrorizing people for speaking; this doxxing is not America. We have to stop listening to it and search for the truth,” Kline said.
The presser in Virginia mainly focused on issues around “chain of command” with hundreds of thousands of voter ballots estimate to affect between 144,000 and 288,000 ballots.
Kline, along with the three stories made a compelling case that the stories should at investigate.
