The US Attorney General made a statement on Tuesday that quickly made the Democrat allied media rounds, hoping to discredit the legal team of President Donald J Trump who is formally contesting the election tabulations of the 2020 Presidential election, in numerous battleground/swing states.
The statement by Bill Barr, reported by the AP, appeared to many to say that the FBI and the DOJ just haven’t seen any evidence of voter fraud, and Sidney Powell, an attorney, working on class action lawsuits for numerous clients, called the country’s top law enforcement, out on social media for their obvious bias against investigations.
“How about investigating who printed these? Who organized this? Who paid for it all? This wasn’t the only one. Counterfeit ballots delivered across the border with Mexico. A plane full of counterfeit ballots,” Powell posted on Twitter, Tuesday, linking to a story by the Epoch Times.
IVAN PENTCHOUKOV wrote for the Epoch Times, Illegal Money-for-Votes Raffles Conducted in Several States in 2020 Election, and covered the story of paying for endorsements in a “gift card for ballots” scheme to favor the Biden/Harris campaign.
“The Nevada Native Vote Project posted photos on Facebook on Election Day of smiling voters holding $25 gift cards after handing over their ballots.
The posts have since been deleted but not before they were archived. The removal may have had something to do with the U.S. criminal code, two distinct sections of which impose fines and prison sentences for “whoever makes or offers to make an expenditure to any person, either to vote or withhold his vote.”
Offering gift cards for ballots wasn’t the only way the Nevada Native Vote Project enticed people to vote. In a video that could be seen on Facebook on Nov. 24, Bethany Sam, the public relations officer for the Reno–Sparks Indian Colony, urged people to come out and vote by offering “some extra swag that we can give out.”
Endorsing Biden-Harris Ticket
Sam noted that the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony endorsed the Biden-Harris ticket. She then turned the camera to Arlan Melendez, chairman of the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony, which describes itself as a “sovereign Indian nation” with a Tribal Council that “carries the same unique powers and duties as any city council, county commission, or legislative government across the United States.”
“I think the Biden-Harris campaign is supporting tribal sovereignty,” Melendez said before urging people to come out to vote.
There are an estimated 60,000 registered Native American voters in Nevada. In a video filmed on Election Day, Sam encouraged them to vote because Nevada is a swing state.
“I also want you to know that we do have a raffle going on whether you’re early voting or you vote today during the Election Day,” Sam said, instructing people to enter the drawing by sending her a screenshot of their cast ballot from a ballot-tracking website or a photo of themselves with an “I Voted” sticker.
HOW DOES THE FBI KEEP MISSING THIS? IS IT TIME TO REPLACE THE FBI?
The Federalist had covered the “Ballots for Gift Cards” story weeks ago, in Mid- November, so it is curious how the FBI, with all of their resources missed the story.
And just a simple search on Twitter shows discussion worth noting on the same topic from April 2020.
And going back even further.
Considering that people can post anything at all on Social Media is something to consider; however, the FBI has been investigating the President of the United States for over 4 years, spending tens of millions of dollars to investigate every detail about him and his family and all of their dealings. Are we really to believe they can’t take the time or the resources to investigate years of concern over election integrity when it is right in their faces?
Is it time to start talking about how we can replace the FBI with organized law enforcement that protects the American people and our civil liberties?
