There is trouble in the progressive paradise with Democrat Joe Biden, who is being reported as a loser for not keeping his campaign promises to the far left. Today, the news came in today that he is not keeping his promises, and he feels no regret about lying for votes. There is gossip that he will try to benefit Amerian families and not the victim culture – far left.
“Biden just dropped student debt cancellation down to zero. That’s right, the Biden administration has decided to cancel $0 in student debt. Biden took student loan cancellation out of his budget because Congress won’t pass it, but nothing is stopping him from signing an executive order to cancel student loan debt himself. He must do it,” reported the Gravel Institue, a group that makes “educational videos for the left.”

Democrats lie. Everyone sort of accepts it, but they hope that Democrats are not lying to them- about important issues, so this is a painful lesson about utopia.
The left believed Biden would wipe out student debt and hand them everything they wanted in wildest fantasies, and now they are finding out that adulting is hard, and politicians lie about power and money.
The Independent UK reported on the matter:
“Biden unlikely to cancel student loan debt, report claims White House budget unlikely to include campaign plans for cancellation as administration mulls executive authority to eliminate the federal debt,” they reported.
“Joe Biden is unlikely to include his campaign plans for student debt cancellation in the proposed White House budget, as the administration remains focused on other priorities already outlined in his $4 trillion domestic agenda.
The exclusion is among several other campaign pledges jettisoned from his first budget outline, including a public option for health coverage and a plan to cut prescription drug costs, according to The Washington Post. The full 2022 budget proposal is due on 27 May.
In an interview with David Brooks of The New York Times, the president also appeared to dismiss progressive demands to cancel student loan debt, pointing to federal loan borrowers at high-cost private universities, which make up less than 1 percent of federal borrowers.”
Posters on social media were upset:
Let's take an inventory:
✅ No student debt cancellation
✅ No $15 minimum wage
✅ No public option
✅ No lowering drug costs
Biden broke his campaign promises. I'm not surprised, I expected it, but the question is, what are we going to do as Americans?
This is shameful. https://t.co/2H6cYqvN3M

According to a student debt group:
As nearly 330 community, civil rights, climate, health, consumer, labor, and student advocacy organizations noted in a recent letter to the Biden-Harris administration:
- Student debt exacerbates existing racial inequities; cancellation will help reduce the racial wealth gap. Black Americans—and particularly Black women—are more likely to take on student loan debt and struggle with repayment.
- Cancellation will provide a much-needed economic stimulus. Research shows that student debt cancellation catalyzes drastic, positive changes for borrowers, particularly for those not current on their loans.
- Federal student debt cancellation could have a positive impact on health outcomes. Debt is associated with negative mental and physical health outcomes such as stress, depression, worse self-reported general health, higher diastolic blood pressure, obesity, and even mortality. Research has also shown a connection between debt and foregone medical care.
With this resolution, Members of Congress are sending a clear message to the administration: Cancelling up to $50,000 of federal student debt would disproportionately help borrowers of color, respond to the coronavirus crisis, and provide much-needed economic relief and stimulus. We support this effort encouraging the administration to use its power under existing law to improve the lives of millions of Americans, and we call for the resolution’s swift adoption.

It will be interesting to see if Biden toes the line for the progressive left or leaves them out to pay their own bills.
