America First Legal Foundation, directed by Stephen Miller, filed a lawsuit against the Biden Administration over the American Rescue Plan because it is racist against White American Farmers.
“The rescue plan is where they award farm aid for farmers who’ve been hurt by this pandemic based on skin color that is fundamentally un-American,” Miller said about the lawsuit.
“Former White House adviser Stephen Miller announced a lawsuit against the Biden administration, alleging racial discrimination in its distribution of COVID-19 aid,” The Washington Examiner reported this week.
“The ex-aide to former President Donald Trump said in an interview on Monday that his new legal group, the America First Legal Foundation, which he characterized as the “conservative response” to the American Civil Liberties Union, sued in Texas over President Joe Biden prioritizing minority farmers and ranchers for aid in the American Rescue Act,” Carley Roman wrote in her article, Stephen Miller group sues Biden for racial discrimination against farmers and ranchers.

“[In] the American Rescue Act, … they award farm aid for farmers who’ve been hurt by this pandemic based on skin color. That is fundamentally un-American … and when it comes to getting financial aid, it shouldn’t matter what race or ethnicity you are,” Miller said on Newsmax TV’s Spicer & Co. “You can’t make a more equal country, [and] you can’t make a more unified country if we split and divide based on race. That policy is illegal.”
RACISM AGAINST WHITES IS STILL RACISM

Democrats will argue that in order to make up for racism, they need to implement racist public policies that infringe on the Civil Rights of other Americans, in a tactic that is seen as choosing winners and losers. Oftentimes Republicans wonder if Democrats understand the foundation of Civil Liberties and Civil Rights because their policies are often seen as pandering and denying some group, usually their political opponents, their equal opportunities, to help their power grabs.
“Millions of people were hurt by this pandemic,” continued Miller. “Millions of people were hurt as a result of the closures, the shutdowns, the disruptions to our lives. And when it comes to getting financial aid, it shouldn’t matter what race or ethnicity you are. You can’t make it more equal country. You can’t make it more unified country if we split and divide based on race. That policy is illegal. And America First Legal has just filed suit in Texas,” Miller said on Newsmax, where he announced the lawsuit.
“The Biden administration is breaking the law every single day to facilitate increased COVID transmission, and our border communities, especially in Texas, are bearing the brunt of this,” Miller alleged Thursday on Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight.
