The news went viral almost immediately about a late Monday night leak from the US Supreme Court about the fate of Roe V Wade, and watching the news cycle, with the calls from radical left lawmakers to Community Organizers to get into action- it appears as if we have some sort of coordinated insurrection on our hands.
As the news spread, barricades were placed around the US Supreme Court Building, and social media had the first images of aggressive protestors in action:
Just curious. How did the protestors with printed signs get to SCOTUS so quickly? Almost like they knew about the story beforehand. Crazy huh!
2022 summer riots coming right up.

Calls to action by radical US Senator Elizabeth Warren went out:
An extremist Supreme Court is poised to overturn #RoeVWade and impose its far-right, unpopular views on the entire country. It's time for the millions who support the Constitution and abortion rights to stand up and make their voices heard. We're not going back—not ever.

Radical Never Trump and leftist US House Rep Eric Swalwell sent out another emotional cry for insurrection:
If you think they'll stop with a women's right to choose, you haven't been paying attention. We have to fight like our lives depend on it, because clearly, they do.

There appears to be a *hint and a nod* to the left buried in the Political article. Consider this:
“Deliberations on controversial cases have in the past been fluid. Justices can and sometimes do change their votes as draft opinions circulate. Major decisions can be subject to multiple drafts and vote-trading, sometimes until just days before a decision is unveiled. The court’s holding will not be final until it is published, likely in the next two months,” Politico reported about the leaked Alito text.
Some Republicans remained wary of why Politico published Justice Samuel Alito’s decision.
Almost instantly, people knew that the tactic appeared to be one of intimidation, as reported by Tim Pool:
The intention of the leak is to scare SCOTUS into a different ruling https://t.co/F89BHpmuVR

Politico was the first to leak out the information that Roe V Wade was about to be overturned. It was based upon the first draft of a possible verdict- and there was the call to action to get into gear and pressure the justices into changing their minds.
From the Politico article:
Alito’s draft opinion rejects the idea that abortion bans reflect the subjugation of women in American society. “Women are not without electoral or political power,” he writes. “The percentage of women who register to vote and cast ballots is consistently higher than the percentage of men who do so.”
The Supreme Court remains one of Washington’s most secretive institutions, priding itself on protecting the confidentiality of its internal deliberations.
“At the Supreme Court, those who know don’t talk, and those who talk don’t know,” Ginsburg was fond of saying.
That tight-lipped reputation has eroded somewhat in recent decades due to a series of books by law clerks, law professors, and investigative journalists. Some of these authors clearly had access to draft opinions such as the one obtained by POLITICO, but their books emerged well after the cases in question were resolved.
The justices held their final arguments of the current term on Wednesday. The court has set a series of sessions over the next two months to release rulings in its still-unresolved cases, including the Mississippi abortion case.
The Daily Mail reported:
“Politico reported Monday night that Justice Samuel Alito, one of six justices appointed by Republican presidents on the nine-member court, wrote a majority draft opinion in February repudiating both Roe and the 1992 Planned Parenthood vs. Casey decision.
‘Roe was egregiously wrong from the start,’ Alito writes in the opinion, which was reportedly circulated among the court members. ‘We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled,’ he continues in the document titled ‘Opinion of the Court.’
Republicans are widely claiming that the leak and the calls to action by the radical Democrat lawmakers are a part of an effort to ‘intimidate’ justices before a final decision is reached. However, with the amount of political theater the left is capable of, some people are concerned about the future of the 2022 midterms, ahead of a potential Summer of Riots.
Democrats have already expressed their ire about the decision on Twitter, posting their hopelessness and willingness to commit violence over the idea of sending abortion to the state.
Some Democratic governors said they would protect abortion rights in their state, while federal officials said they would fight the decision.
Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) wrote that the Alito draft was leaked in the hopes public outrage could temper the court’s decision, noting that following its release, several notable Democrats have already slammed the decision, saying they will not abide by it.
One Democratic Representative compared the decision to a dystopian novel, The Handmaid’s Tale, while California Gov. Gavin Newsom vowed the state would ‘fight like Hell’ to oppose the ruling.
‘Our daughters, sisters, mothers and grandmothers will not be silenced,’ Newsom tweeted Monday night. ‘The world is about to hear their fury.’
‘The next time you hear the far left preaching about how they are fighting to preserve our Republic’s institutions and norms remember how they leaked a Supreme Court opinion in an attempt to intimidate the justices on abortion.’
Republican Josh Hawley of Missouri also tweeted that the leak is ‘an unprecedented breach of confidentiality, clearly meant to intimidate.’
‘The Justices mustn’t give in to this attempt to corrupt the process,’ Hawley wrote. ‘Stay strong.’
