A reporter for Info Wars, Millie Weaver, who was expected to post a shocking video today, was arrested at her home with her husband, in front of her crying children.
The arresting officer appeared to tell Weaver that she was being arrested for being indicted by a “Grand Jury for burglary”. This is unconfirmed at this time.
On the video is a confused Weaver, who managed to videotape the encounter.

Weaver’s last tweet was a teaser for a short movie she had been working on called Shadow Gate:
She had been working with a man named PFC Bergy, who said that Weaver had helped him put the video together. It is unclear if the charges have anything to do with the movie or research or association.

The rumor was immediately echoed by Weaver’s supporters who thought that possibly the film and the arrest were connected.

“In the video, Weaver said she never received any notice in the mail and had “no idea why” she was being arrested.
“Guys, I’m literally about to break huge breaking news right now and I’m being arrested,” she told the camera.
Millie’s husband, Gavin, can be heard off-camera telling her, “We’re being charged with burglary.”
“Burglary?” she responded. “For what?”
“They won’t say,” he answered.”

Unbelievable,, burglary? That’s weird how there going about it. It doesn’t make any sense.
Apparently she was uploading incriminating emails from Hillary Clinton and her Internet got throttled and then the cops were at the door very quickly. She was obviously being monitored. That is why the cop said in the video that he “doesn’t have the warrant” on him but that it was “at the station”. They ALWAYS are supposed to have the warrant on them.
If a DA or ADA can’t get a Grand Jury to indict a Ham Sandwich then he or she should go get a job at a local Drive Thru coffee shop.
If she is being falsely charged for political reasons she should start shopping for a mansion and a yacht because she’s going to be an extremely rich person. She can easily get a good lawyer who will work pro-bono for a percentage. PLEASE falsely charge me as well! I absolutely could use the money.
Federal grand juries are seldom engaged in raw burglary charges. Usually they are engaged for that purpose in connection with something bigger. The trick being used as a holding penalty to avoid flight issues for the bigger bomb to be dropped.
At the state level, it would depend on the state, some of which don’t even use a grand jury system. I would also doubt at the state level if a grand jury would even be engaged. Simple burglary is coded in common criminal law at the state level and all it takes is an aggrieved party filing the charge.
Well, you can certainly understand their mistake since there are so many female burglars of whom I’m sure the majority are white.

Grand juries in the US are a joke. They are basically a rubber stamp for the prosecution. The US judicial system in general is a complete and utter failure. The Constitution hasn’t been followed for decades. You won’t care until you get caught up in our so-called “fair” justice system.

Interestingly enough we would have expected LEOs to be a bit more circumspect about why they are being sent out to arrest someone.
