Would it surprise anyone that a book written about Democrat Kamala Harris, where she is the star of a story about a superhero was given to the new promise of the Democrat Party, illegal alien children? Who made the money on the sales and who is investigating this?
“A copy of a children’s book written by Vice President Kamala Harris was spotted at a migrant children’s shelter in Long Beach, California,” The Washington Examiner reported.
A White House official told the Washington Examiner that the book was part of a citywide donation effort to collect books and toys for the children and that Harris was not aware of it. Superheroes Are Everywhere was published by Philomel Books in 2019. Amazon sells Harris’s book for $11.85.
The vice president’s book is pictured on a cot at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center, where migrant children are being housed.

Recall the former Mayor of Baltimore is serving a three year sentence for the same kick back scheme dealing with selling children’s books.
“Ex-Baltimore mayor sentenced to 3 years in prison for children’s book scam. Catherine Pugh resigned after federal authorities said she arranged for bulk sales of her “Healthy Holly” children’s books to disguise hundreds of thousands of dollars in kickbacks,” reported CBS News, in February 2020.
ETHICS VIOLATION FOR HARRIS?
Vice President Kamala Harris may not be going to the border to greet migrant children, but a children’s book she wrote in 2019 is.
Harris’ children’s book Superheroes Are Everywhere is included in welcome packs for migrant children arriving at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center, a recently converted influx facility, along with basic hygiene supplies and clothing, photographs show.
A White House official told Fox News Harris wasn’t aware of the welcome packs, and that these kinds of efforts are usually organized by members of the community.

Former Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh was sentenced to three years in prison for a children’s book scam that funneled money into her personal accounts and campaign coffers.
Pugh, 69, will also have to serve three years of supervised release once she’s out of prison, according to the sentence handed down by U.S. District Judge Deborah K. Chasanow.
“The disgraced former mayor was also ordered to pay $411,948 in restitution and to forfeit $669,688, including property in Baltimore and $17,800 from her Committee to Re-elect Catherine Pugh,” CBS News reported.
SIMILARITIES TO PUGH
Pugh pleaded guilty to corruption charges on Thursday, a day after federal prosecutors unsealed an indictment accusing her of using a fraudulent children’s book business to enrich herself and fuel her political career.
Pugh, Democrat who took office in 2016, acknowledged her guilt to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and conspiracy to defraud the government and two counts of tax evasion.
The deal to plead guilty on four of the 11 counts she was indicted on sets Pugh up for a sentencing hearing scheduled for Feb. 27. Prosecutors said they will recommend to the judge that Pugh be sent to prison for five years.
“She betrayed the trust placed in her by the public,” U.S. Attorney for Maryland Robert Hur said after the court hearing in Baltimore. “We need dedication and professionalism from our leaders, not fraud and corruption.”
Prosecutors accused Pugh of earning nearly $800,000 from a self-published children’s book series known as Healthy Holly that promoted exercise and nutritional eating though stories of an African American girl.
