A judge in Georgia is sending out signals that he may unseal Fulton County absentee ballots so that an investigation started by a government watchdog into credible claims of election fraud in the November election can continue.
Henry County Superior Court Judge Brian Amero said he’s apt to order the ballots to be unsealed and reviewed by experts hired by Garland Favorito, an advocate of voting integrity, according to a report from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The paper reported that the case comes via a lawsuit that alleges fraudulent ballots were cast and other irregularities took place as workers counted ballots on election night in Fulton County. The outlet said that the allegations were already been investigated by the Georgia secretary of state’s office and were dismissed. Of course, they were dismissed by Brad Raffensperger’s office because he was in on election fraud. This is not even disputable. Raffensperger entered into a consent decree with the lunatic failed gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams that unconstitutionally changed election law for how ballot signatures would be verified giving the Democrats the green light to cheat. The agreement Raffensberger reached with Abrams was instead of matching up the ballot signatures to the person’s voter registration application or to a valid drivers license Raffensberger appeased Abrams by allowing the ballot signatures to be matched up to the application for a mail-in ballot instead which would really be nothing more than matching up the forger’s signature.
During a hearing on Monday, Judge Amero said that if the ballots are unsealed, there must be a plan in order to make sure they’re kept in secret and are secure. I don’t think it’s going to make any difference because the Democrats probably cleaned up their mess so that they wouldn’t get caught. Once you separate a ballot from the ballot envelope you can no longer match it up to anyone. Without the envelope that contains the signature and other information, you can’t verify who cast it. That’s built into the system. However, they can look at multiple ballots to match the votes cast to see if they were Xerox copied, which was one of the many complaints that whistleblowers made when they testified during multiple state legislature hearings. Those would be the hearings that the mainstream media completely ignored and the tech tyrants of social media censor any information about them.
“We want to do this in such a way that dispels rumors and disinformation and sheds light,” Amero said. “The devil’s in the details.” And they will find the devil in them.
The judge made the comment after a lawsuit was brought in a Fulton County Superior Court that argued that fraudulent ballots were cast during the 2020 presidential election and a whole bunch of other alleged irregularities while county workers counted the votes at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
The Georgia Secretary of State’s office months ago dismissed those allegations. And why wouldn’t they when the Secretary of State has his own problems due to what he did? He should be removed from office for violating Georgia election laws and the US Constitution that explicitly gives only state legislatures the authority to create or change election laws.
The judge isn’t totally about transparency though as he mentioned an order that would block Favorito from disclosing their work product without first requesting permission from the court. Amero said he may assign an official to oversee the analysis. The judge also said the ballots review could begin as soon as April.
“I can’t sign an order until such time as I’m satisfied that the manner and method (of review) proposed by the petitioners is reasonable,” the judge said. Does this mean that the Democrats are acting like they’re throwing a bone to the people who allege voter fraud took place during the 2020 election and in the end, the judge will deem that the analysis is faulty and should not be released to the public? I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
Favorito, the co-founder of the Voters Organized for Trusted Election Results in Georgia, a group founded in 2006, has blamed both Democrats and Republicans leveraging “election integrity for their own benefit.”
According to Politico, Favorito said, “In H.R. 1, the Democrats are trying to take control of the country with a bunch of unconstitutional provisions.” He added, “In Georgia, the Republicans are trying to solidify their power with certain election provisions in the omnibus bills, which don’t benefit President Trump, and they don’t benefit the people of Georgia, for the most part.”
Republicans at the state and federal level have recently called for a number of election reforms while warning that lawmakers should reject proposals by the Democrats because anything Democrats are involved in is only to help them politically to gain and hold onto more power. The first thing the Republicans can do is get rid of the backstabber Brad Raffensperger who a little birdie told me is done in the Republican Party of Georgia for what he pulled off.
