ABC News Correspondent Misreads the Meaning of the Supreme Court’s EPA Ruling, Tweets ‘Who is going to save the planet?’

On Thursday, ABC News White House correspondent, MaryAlice Parks, took to social media to tweet a message that exposes what a dim bulb she really is, asking, “Who is going to save the planet?”

Her tweet is obviously a response to the climate hysteria that was scheduled to break out right after the US Supreme Court ruled on the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) authority over regulating power plant emissions.

This is the problem with liberals and leftists. They act like they are authorities on how our system works while they don’t have the slightest clue. This goes all the way up to the Supreme Court.

The Washington Post’s Jennifer Rubin did not do a solid for Justice Elena Kagan by tweeting out what Kagan wrote about the decision.

For someone who tries so hard to come across as the smartest person in the room, Rubin’s really not that bright. But Justice Kagan is even worse. Congress makes laws, not the Executive branch. A Supreme Court justice should have learned that in grade school. Was she getting high instead? Was Rubin toking the joint with her? My goodness, these are people who are looked up to and they don’t have a flipping clue as to how our world works.

Responding to Parks’ numbskull question, Nicholas Fondacaro of NewsBusters tweeted, “You’re a clown if you think 1 bureaucratic agency was standing between us and the apocalypse.”

The 3 liberals on the Court dissented in the 6-3 decision.

“Climate change’s causes and dangers are no longer subject to serious doubt,” Justice Elena Kagan wrote in the dissent, in which she was joined by the other two liberal dopes, Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Stephen Breyer. “If the current rate of emissions continues, children born this year could live to see parts of the Eastern seaboard swallowed by the ocean,” Kagan wrote.

That’s horrific. You know what else is horrific? Having the Executive branch create their own laws that have penalties, including fines and some jail time. Every time we stray further and further away from the Constitutional path, our country descends even further into oblivion.

For decades, the nation suffered from a Court that had enough liberals on it, thanks to swing justices like Kennedy, who overreached its Constitutional authority acting like legislators instead of Supreme Court justices.

All of the recent rulings that leftists are going ape [rhymes with hit] over are the effect of a Constitutional majority reigning in branches of the federal government to bring them back to their original roles.

Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) in 2014 posted on his Facebook page a photo of a giant stack of rules and regulations written by unelected bureaucrats who are out of the reach of the American people, and a much smaller stack of paper representing laws passed by Congress. it’s a serious problem.

“Behold my display of the 2013 Federal Register. It contains over 80,000 pages of new rules, regulations, and notices all written and passed by unelected bureaucrats. The small stack of papers on top of the display are the laws passed by elected members of Congress and signed into law by the president.”

Justice Breyer retired at noon on Thursday. That means Ketanji

“The Supreme Court’s ruling in West Virginia vs. EPA is another devastating decision that aims to take our country backwards,” President Joe Biden’s handlers said in a statement. “While this decision risks damaging our nation’s ability to keep our air clean and combat climate change, I will not relent in using my lawful authorities to protect public health and tackle the climate crisis.”

This buffoon of a president doesn’t understand that the Supreme Court is bringing us forward again to live under limitations and boundaries of the US Constitution. The amount of corruption of our government, I dare say, reaches the level of criminal.

Senator Elizabeth Warren (Chief Crazy [Rhymes with itch] made a similarly ignorant statement.

“Our planet is on fire, and this extremist Supreme Court has destroyed the federal government’s ability to fight back. This radical Supreme Court is increasingly facing a legitimacy crisis, and we can’t let them have the last word.”

Shouldn’t it be, “Ran out of words…?”

These leftist clowns don’t understand that they have a path for getting everything they want. It’s called the Constitution. If they want rules and regulations for the EPA they can get them passed by the Congress and signed into law by the president. The flaw in that plan for them is that the American people don’t normally want to go along with what leftists want to do. And so, the lazy Congress years ago violated the Separation of Powers by giving up its authority by allowing the bureaucrats of the Executive branch to make the rules and regulations for them.

The problem for all the leftists is that for decades the federal government has overreached its authority and is now being reigned back in. They did whatever they wanted; the Constitution be damned. We could fix the overwhelming majority of our problems in this country if we just went back to living under the rules of the Constitution.
