American Airlines Will Allow Flight Crews to Wear ‘BLM’ Pins on Uniform, Igniting Backlash From Workers

American Airlines, what have you done now?  The airline that banned David Harris Jr from flying, because of an “incident” that never happened, announced on Sunday that it will allow flight attendants to wear “Black Lives Matter” (BLM) pins on their uniforms while working with customers, according to a Fox News report. The pronouncement brought support, but also some serious backlash.  Support I suppose would come from people who think physically attacking fellow citizens, setting buildings on fire, toppling statues, and pushing Marxist ideology is just fine.  I’m not being hyperbolic here when I say I would never trust a flight attendant serving me who is wearing a BLM pin on their uniform.  BLM supporters have already shown too many times that rules and norms do not matter to them.  They do whatever they want with impunity.

“Clearly we live in a time where it is so important to have a dialogue about this important issue of racism in our society and try to find common ground,” American Airlines wrote in a company announcement. “American is truly committed to having an inclusive culture that is welcoming to all and a reflection of our country and world.”  Tell that to David.

That’s another thing.  How insulting is this to black Americans who don’t buy into the Marxist BLM propaganda?  Why would they ever book another flight with American Airlines?

“This is why American is so committed to creating a more tolerant and diverse team,” the airline company said. “Through our partnership with American’s office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, we are continuing to work through an overall plan for addressing these issues in our workplace.”

So, American Airlines is admitting that prior to being “woke” they were less tolerant and diverse?  This is a genuinely stupid thing to say for any company, because they just opened themselves up to legal challenges for past discrimination that they are now admitting.  Also, I thought race was not to be promoted in the workplace.  BLM does not stand for racial harmony, it’s a Marxist organization.

And guess what?  American Airlines is designing its own signature pin to show “its symbolic support of a diverse and inclusive work environment.”  American Airlines noted that the diversity pin will be created by its Black Professional Network.  American Airlines has a Black Professional Network that allowed the company to be less tolerant and diverse in the past?  Say it ain’t so.

How come every time we hear about a diverse and inclusive environment it’s followed up by white people being labeled racist and with talk about America being a systemically racist country?   I won’t even mention the terms used by these cretins to describe proud black Americans like David Harris Jr who don’t subscribe to the Marxist ideology of BLM.

Nevertheless, the announcement of the BLM pin angered some American Airlines employees.  This means there really are people who work there who still love America.  Bully for them!

“I take offense to this,” one AA flight attendant wrote in an email to the company, according to The New York Post. “Serious offense. My husband is a LEO (Law Enforcement Officer), as was my deceased father and as far as I’m concerned ALL LIVES MATTER.”

Does American Airlines corporate not understand that when they make statements like they are going to be more tolerant and diverse, they are accusing their flight attendants of being racist?  It’s no different from blaming RNs and other medical staff of being racist because some black patients die in hospitals.

“I am completely disgusted at the fact that we can’t show support for our GOD, our COUNTRY, our LEOs but when it comes to BLM organization (which is controversial in itself), American Airlines says that’s obviously different,” the employee allegedly wrote. “How is that right? Well, I don’t feel included.”  And apparently, American Airlines doesn’t care what she feels or thinks of the policy, because even a nimrod would have known the controversy such caving in to a Marxist organization that uses race-baiting to achieve its goals would create.

Think about this.  BLM was created 7 years ago. In that time they have raised over $1 billion.  They haven’t sent a single poor black child to college, or created any programs that would help poor black students who were robbed by failing public schools prepare for college.  They haven’t fed the hungry, donated to any food banks, or provided housing or medical for a single black family. They have brought nothing but violence, riots, and hate for America.

A flight attendant was worried about the ramifications for employees who don’t wear a pin, and how they could “be ostracized and labeled as racist.” The worker additionally said that BLM is a “a terrorist organization that promotes violence to further their agenda.”  That worker is 100 percent correct.

Joe Biden and the Democratic Party supports what BLM has done to the country.

Another American Airlines flight crew member told Fox News that if BLM pins are permitted, then they are going to be wearing a pin to show support for President Donald Trump. Another worker declared that if BLM pins are allowed, then they will put on a pin supporting the NYPD.

American Airlines Senior Vice President for Flight Services, Jill Surdek, issued an email response to the backlash that read, “American is truly committed to having an inclusive culture that is welcoming to all and a reflection of our country and world.”

Again, is American Airlines openly admitting that prior to caving in to the demands of a Marxist organization they were not inclusive and welcoming to all?  Think of the EEOC lawsuits that are going to explode.

“One symbolic way to show our support is through a uniform pin,” Surdek added. “We are working with our Black Professional Network on designing a specific pin that may be worn with the uniform. In the interim until this pin is produced, to recognize the significance of this moment in history, we are allowing people to wear a Black Lives Matter Pin.”

American Airlines is creating a crisis that could push them to bankruptcy.  They are going to create unnecessary chaos in the workplace, and 30,000 feet in the air is no place for work chaos.  BLM is an organization that wants to destroy the American system and replace it with a Marxist utopian heaven on earth.  BLM just attacked Brandon Stracka, the founder of the WalkAway movement, and his team in Dallas on Saturday at an event that David Harris Jr participated.

Who has Brandon ever harmed in his life?  He’s one of the nicest guys on the planet who one day realized that as a liberal Democrat he had been lied to his entire life, and he started an organization dedicated to waking liberals up to the lies they’ve been told for years and showing them that they don’t have to hate, they don’t have to always be angry, they can love their country and love their fellow citizens.

In 2016, an American Airlines employee wore a BLM button, and it brought controversy.   According to BuzzFeed, a picture of an American Airlines flight attendant wearing a BLM button on his uniform was shared on Facebook with the caption saying, “Disgraceful.”

American Airlines  responded to the controversy this way:

We appreciate your concerns and have alerted our flight attendant management team who will investigate and ensure all uniform standards are followed. In accordance with our community guidelines, we’ve hidden your posts since it includes a photo of an employee. Thanks for your understanding.

Here’s the bottom line.  Like many weak corporations out there, American Airlines has caved to charges of systemic racism by an organization that is more interested in transforming our country into socialism and is using the very fierce tool of race-baiting to get what they want.  My advice, do not fly American Airlines if they are going to push an anti-American message through their woke employees.
