AOC Falsely Accuses Justices Who Voted To Overturn Roe of Lying During their Confirmation Hearings

On Sunday, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) (D-NY) demanded that Supreme Court justices pay “consequences” for participating in a “hostile takeover” of American democracy, proving she is still the dumbest member of the House of Representatives. She is the House’s version of the Senate’s Mazie Hirono (D-HI) in running her mouth and not having the slightest clue of what she’s talking about, basing every argument on emotion and hyperbole.

During an appearance on NBC’s “Meet the DePressed” the equivalent to a glass of water with a D on it said that the United States is facing a “crisis of our democracy” because in the Dobbs decision, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v Wade.

Doesn’t it seem like whenever Democrats don’t get their way, they immediately call into question the status of our democracy? Forget the fact that we don’t live in a democracy but a Constitutional republic. I don’t think the majority of them have the ability to understand that in a republic, sometimes you lose, and it’s a testament to your character in how you conduct yourself when you lose. AOC has the character of a petulant spoiled rotten brat.

In this case, the Supreme Court told the country that the Constitution says that concerning powers that were never given to the federal government, the people get to decide in their respective states. Instead of 9 people in black robes deciding, millions of Americans get to decide for themselves. That is literally what the Tenth Amendment says. AOC never read it because she can’t count that high.

And you can feel their pain. With all the recent rulings coming out against their belief systems, they must feel like something sinister is going on with the Court. In reality, the current Court is cleaning out the sinister trash that has assaulted our Constitution for decades. The Second Amendment, Roe, saying a prayer on a high school football field, and an EPA program started by Barack Obama is likely to get a judicial spanking soon. In short, when the court was majority leftist, it lied to the American people and did things that did not follow Constitutional principles because leftists corrupt everything. Their past corruption is now being driven out by a Court that adheres to and respects the US Constitution.

The Brooklyn congresswoman made the accusation that multiple Supreme Court justices lied during their Senate confirmation hearings and that they voted to overturn abortion precedents “without basis.”

Like other morons in the Democratic Party, AOC thinks that because nominees have said during their hearings that they agreed that Roe was a precedent, or “settled law,” that they meant they would never vote to overturn it. What she and the other dipsticks don’t understand is calling a precedent “settled” means only that it does exist, and it means absolutely nothing about whether it could or should be overturned. There is no rule that says once you say it’s settled law that you cannot vote to overturn it. That’s just Democrats being silly. But then, I repeat myself.

Here’s the kicker. NONE of the justices the death cult are accusing of lying during their confirmation hearings ever said that they would vote to uphold Roe, but you don’t hear that anywhere in the misinformation news media.

Again, I don’t think the majority of Democrats in Congress have the mental capability of grasping this concept. Nevertheless, AOC threatened that there must be repercussions for what they did.

“If we allow Supreme Court nominees to lie under oath and secure lifetime appointments to the highest court of the land and then issue without basis — if you read these opinions — issue without basis, rulings that deeply undermine the human and civil rights of the majority of Americans, we must see that through,” Ocasio-Cortez said.

“There must be consequences for such a deeply destabilizing action and a hostile takeover of our democratic institutions,” she said.

There should be consequences in her next election. The people of her district should realize that they elected a half-wit.

“To allow that to stand is to allow it to happen,” she added. “And what makes it particularly dangerous is that it sends a blaring signal to all future nominees that they can now lie to duly elected members of the United States Senate in order to secure Supreme Court confirmations and seats on the Supreme Court.”

AOC loves to run her mouth, but she never comes with receipts. In this case, she didn’t give any examples or explanations of how the Supreme Court overturned abortion precedents “without basis.” The main basis is that there is no power in the Constitution that allows the federal government to get involved in abortion.

If AOC had the ability or the interest in reading the Dobbs opinion, she would find among the over 78 pages, numerous points where the Court dismantles every piece of Roe that even Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said was bad jurisprudence because the 1973 Court overreached its authority. But AOC hasn’t read Dobbs. She probably hasn’t read Roe v Wade or Casey for that matter either. The only thing she read was leftist arguments that women can no longer slaughter their unborn children, and even that’s a lie. The Court simply referred the matter back to the states.

Justice Alito, who wrote the majority opinion for the Court on Dobbs, took painstaking efforts to thoroughly explain why Roe had to be overturned and why stare decisis didn’t sanction the Court to uphold Roe until the end of time.

AOC said she thinks lying under oath is an “impeachable offense,” arguing Supreme Court justices who she thinks lied must be impeached. Talk about being a sore loser.

The ignorance of Roe being overturned wasn’t completely partisan. Senator Susan Collins (R-ME) joined a myriad number of Democrats in believing that Justices Barrett, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh lied during their confirmation hearings. She is a perfect example of why the GOP must vote out the RINOs.

The really outrageous thing here is that the Politically Correct Death Squad believed that all they needed to do to ensure abortion would continue to be forced onto states was to get a SCOTUS nominee to agree that Roe was a precedent that was settled law. How absurd.
