There is a draft decision written by Justice Samuel Alito that suggests that the US Supreme Court is about to overturn the Roe v. Wade decision that unconstitutionally established abortion rights in 1973.

The initial draft majority opinion was reported by Politico on Monday. The outlet said that “the Supreme Court has voted to strike down the landmark Roe v. Wade decision.”

The draft is written by Justice Samuel Alito and was allegedly distributed inside the court.

“We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled,” Alito writes, referring to a different decision that defended abortion rights.

An initial draft opinion has never been leaked before in the modern history of the High Court.

“Roe was egregiously wrong from the start. Its reasoning was exceptionally weak, and the decision has had damaging consequences. And far from bringing about a national settlement of the abortion issue, Roe and Casey have enflamed debate and deepened division,” Alito continued.

“It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people’s elected representatives,” he said.

The draft decision is linked to a court challenge against the abortion ruling by a Mississippi pro-life law. That law was written by a female nurse for those who want to complain about men getting involved in abortion issues.

“The inescapable conclusion is that a right to abortion is not deeply rooted in the Nation’s history and traditions,” Alito concludes. “On the contrary, an unbroken tradition of prohibiting abortion on pain of criminal punishment persisted from the earliest days of the common law until 1973.”

The draft document was obviously leaked by a leftist either sitting on the Court or working for the Court in an effort to cause protests, riots, and chaos in an attempt to intimidate the justices on the Supreme Court who voted to strike down Roe v Wade.
