There are newly released photos that reveal dozens of illegal migrant children packed into migrant facilities at our southern border. The photos, that raised eyebrows for whoever saw them, were shared by Democrat Representative Henry Cuellar (D-TX) who revealed that unaccompanied minors were being detained by Border Patrol for what he said was “far longer” than the legal limit of 72 hours. What is supposed to happen is after 72 hours, is that miners are supposed to be taken to the Health and Human Services (HHS) facility.
On Sunday, the congressman made an appearance on CBS’s “Face the Nation,” where he talked about the packed conditions at migrant facilities, noting that minors are seen there wall-to-wall with no space for social distancing, and lying on the floor with mylar blankets.
The Democratic representative said there are “groups of over a hundred individuals coming into Border Patrol custody” every day. He said that it is “nearly impossible to reduce the numbers of people at the detention facilities” especially when there are hundreds to thousands of people crossing our borders illegally every day.
Cuellar said children without their parents are being placed into migrant facilities, but “at first the priority was given to young boys.”
“For example, Carrizo Springs has young boys from 13 to 17,” Cuellar told host Margaret Brennan. “San Diego is going to be now taking 500 of the young girls or have taken that.”
The Texas representative noted, “Out of the 5,000 plus that they have at the Rio Grande, about 65% are unaccompanied kids.”
Cuellar said migrant families are being released into the US interior and that has caused a “burden” on the border communities. “The cities, the counties, the NGOs,” he said. “We’re feeling the brunt of what’s happening with the family units.”
Cuellar complained he has to get his information on the border crisis from the Mexico side because the Biden administration refuses to allow people to see the conditions inside the migrant facilities. They are blocking journalists from covering the facilities. He also said he hasn’t heard anything from Vice President Kamala Harris, who was appointed to handle the migrant surge at the border.
Cuellar released photos last week that were taken inside a Customers and Border Protection surge facility in Donna, Texas where conditions inside was described as “grim,” cage-like, and “akin to jails.”

The Biden administration has opened a third convention center to hold illegal migrants. San Antonio’s Freeman Expo Center is now being converted into an Emergency Intake Center for illegal migrant children who are coming unaccompanied by parents. According to HHS and its Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) the facility can house up to 2,400 children. This facility, the third one to be converted, will hold up to 2,400 people and the Biden administration says it’s not a crisis. They won’t even allow reporters inside facilities at the border to see what’s really going on.
Last week, 18 Republican senators went down to the border to examine the Biden-created immigration crisis firsthand. Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Mike Braun (R-IN) said that they were blocked by border officials from taking photos or videos of the conditions at the facility in Donna, Texas. He said the facility that the senators visited was built to house about 250 people and that there are now over 4,000.
Senator Cruz release a video of a woman who was trying to keep him from reporting on what was going on in the facility.
How far is Joe Biden going to stop the American people from seeing inside the Donna CBP facility?

As you can see, the woman is throwing out every possible excuse she can think of to keep Cruz and the people with him from filming the children that are lying side by side with no room for social distancing and behind the cages. She asked Cruz to “Please give dignity to the people, please respect the people, the rules,” not realizing that he has oversight on the facility because Congress appropriated the funding for the facilities.
Cruz responded to the woman saying, “The rules are arbitrary, and they are designed to keep the American people in the dark.”
At one point she said, “this is not a zoo.” Really? Isn’t the administration treating them like animals in how they are packed in like sardines? What is the Biden administration afraid of? They keep saying that it’s not a crisis at the border and yet why would they block access to media or people taking photos and videos if it’s not a crisis? Past administrations have allowed people to film what’s going on in migrant detention centers, but not this administration, and it’s because they are in way over their heads. They don’t know how to control a situation that they let get out of control and they’re desperately trying to cover up their own incompetence.
All of this is being done because Democrats see the illegal migrants as “Unregistered Democrats.” They have created a humanitarian crisis just to win elections.
