All the woke American Olympic athletes trashing the United States as they represent our country competing in the Tokyo Olympic Games was enough to make you sick to your stomach. Americans are tired of kneeling, America-hating woke athletes who bring their ugly politics to sports. People watch sports to cheer for their team and to escape from the everyday onslaught of anti-American politics.
That’s why I am so pleased to write about a young lady who is representing the United States as a US Olympic wrestler who is just a breath of fresh air and a boost in American patriotism.
US wrestler Tamyra Mensah-Stock won the Olympic Gold in the 68kg final over Blessing Oborududu of Nigeria. She was asked by a reporter “How does it feel to represent your country like this.”
Her response renews my faith in the spirit of America.
“I love representing the US. I freaking love living there,” the Olympic Gold medalist said as she pumped her fist, smiling, and pulling the stars and stripes tighter to her body.
At first she was asked if she surprised herself being able to win the Gold.
“Of course I surprised myself, and from the Grace of God I’m even able to move my feet,” the Olympic champion said. “I just leave it in His hands,” she added.
“And I pray that all the practice, that the hell that my freaking coaches put me through (she said lovingly) pays off, and every single time it does.”
The enthusiasm coming from her is exciting, it’s vibrant. It’s what’s been missing from sports news coverage for so long.
And then this young lady exemplifies the awesomeness of being an American.
“And I get better and better, and it’s so weird that there is no cap to the limit that I can do, and I’m excited to see what I have next.”
She bounced around full of energy, wearing an American flag draped around her body. The reporter then asked her, “My question for you. That American flag around your shoulder looks pretty good. How does that feel to represent your country like this?”
Folks, I’m not kidding when I say her response brought tears of joy to my eyes.
She responded, “It feels amazing,” with the biggest innocent smile on her face. “I love representing the US,” adding, “I freaking love living there, I love it,” she said, making a heart sign with her hands. “And I’m so happy I get to represent U. S. A.!” while pumping her fist in the air.
In Katy, Texas, Tamyra Mensah-Stock started wrestling when she was in the 10th grade after her sister goaded her into it. The Olympic champion said she really didn’t have any role models to look up to when she started her career, but that she always felt she had her sister to rely on.
“When I first started wrestling, I wanted to be an emblem, a light to younger women and show them that you can be silly, you can have fun and you can be strong,” Mensah-Stock told USA Today. “You can be tough, you can be a wrestler and you don’t have to be like this,” – growl – “I’m gonna be mean to you.”

Watch the whole interview HERE:
Mensah-Stock was not a household name in Main St, USA. That is until this interview when she won the Gold. This young woman is now easily the most likable athlete to come out of the Olympic Games. Her genuineness, love of country, and such a positive, can-do nature about her, has captivated the American people who are sick and tired of woke athletes who have sucked the fun right out of sports.
When she was asked what she was thinking of doing with the money she won after winning the Gold, which is approximately $37,000, Mensah-Stock immediately knew what she was planning.
“I wanted to give my mom $30,000 so she can get a food truck, ‘cause it’s her dream,” the Gold winner said. “And I told her five years ago, ‘Alright mommy, I’ll get you your food truck, but you gotta be responsible.
“So my mom’s gettin’ her food truck! She’s gonna have her little cooking business. She can cook really, really, really well. Barbecue!”
And that’s it, probably the best story you’re going to get from the Tokyo Olympics about the United States. Savor it like I am, because the mainstream media will drown her story out to make room for all the woke athletes who hate the country they’re representing.

I hope this young lady stays at it and becomes a role model for young people everywhere who want to achieve their dreams. Godspeed, Tamyra, and thank you.
