House Republican Markwayne Mullin Proposes Bill To Expunge Trump’s First Impeachment

On Tuesday, US Senate candidate Representative Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) will introduce a resolution to expunge former President Donald Trump’s first impeachment, noting that the Democrats were not able to prove “high crimes and misdemeanors.”

If passed by the House, Mullin’s 9-page resolution would declare “expunged” on Trump’s 2019 impeachment over allegedly threatening to withhold military aid to Ukraine unless they started investigations into the Bidens. It accuses Democrats of “flippantly exercising one of the gravest and most consequential powers with which the House of Representatives is charged.”

“Impeaching a sitting president is the most serious action Congress can take, and our Constitution is extremely clear on what is an impeachable offense. Democrats abused our Constitution for their political gain, manipulating a perfect phone call with a vulnerable nation,” Mullin said in a statement about the resolution.

“We cannot allow this behavior to go unanswered. And we are seeing in real time what being behind the eight ball actually looks like for US support to Ukraine,” Mullin said. “My resolution is about restoring credibility to the impeachment process and ensuring a political play like this never happens again.”

If you remember, the Senate did not have the votes to convict Trump of the impeachment articles passed by the Democrat-controlled House. Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT) was the only Republican stupid enough to join the radical Democrats and voted to convict Trump. For that alone, he should lose his Senate seat.

Of course, the Democrat-controlled House is not going to admit that they are more disgusting than a shrimp boat toilet after two weeks at sea, so the bill will go nowhere for now.

But other than getting the information of the substance of the bill into the news so people who never thought that the impeachment was as fake as anything that comes out of Brian Stelter’s mouth will start to think about it and search for information on the subject, Republicans can bring the bill back if they take over the House after the midterm elections.

All Republicans held firm to the ridiculousness of the Democrat’s impeachment farce during the first impeachment, but the 10 RINOs who voted to impeach Trump claiming he was responsible for an “insurrection” at the US Capitol on January 6 that never really happened, are not either not running for reelection or are facing primary opponents that are America First supporters. A two-and-a-half-hour riot broke out on January 6. The real insurrection started on November 3, 2016, and went on for the next four years. Many would argue that it has never stopped because the Democrats and their leftist allies are doing everything they can to keep Trump from running again in 2024.

The resolution argues that previous impeachments were over “well-defined and specific criminal acts, not subjunctive accusations of intent, and circumstances in which the primary allegations were not proven.”

The Democrats, specifically Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA), lied, withheld evidence, manufactured false evidence, intentionally misinterpreted rules and laws, and behaved in a manner unbecoming of a member of the House of Representatives.

Mullin’s resolution also argues that it is “entirely reasonable and advised, to be skeptical” of the Biden family based on strong evidence of a history of corruption and influence-peddling in Ukraine, including Hunter Biden‘s seat on the board of Burisma Holdings. On top of that, evidence was given by Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani via his Ukrainian counterpart detailing all the corruption of the Biden family in Ukraine including the firing of the prosecutor general Viktor Shokin who was investigating Burisma, and was about to call Hunter Biden in for questioning for corruption.
