A driver attacked two NYPD traffic cops when they asked him to move his automobile away from a fire hydrant he parked in front of in the Bronx.
About 8 o’clock in the evening on Wednesday, two traffic cops asked the man to move his 2008 silver Nissan Altima away from a fire hydrant in Fordham Heights since it was illegally parked. The man allegedly grew to become enraged and started punching the two officers. The man knocked both officers to the ground with his barbarous punches, and then he simply drove away.

One officer suffered a bruised face and a sprained ankle, and the other also had bruising on his face. They had been taken to a nearby hospital to have their injuries treated.
Adams Mandiata, one of the officers involved in the attack, described what happened. “I was backing up, backing up. He just punched my left eye so hard,” Mandiata told the New York Post. “I fell down. I couldn’t see anything.”
“This happens to traffic agents on the regular,” the other officer, Edwyn Stuart, who is an 11-year veteran, said. “Our job is a dangerous job.”
Both cops said that the city’s bail reform law that went into effect this year has emboldened criminals, who now think they can do anything they want, because they’ll be out before the cops finish their paperwork, thanks to Mayor Bill de Blasio’s city officials taking away bail.
De Blasio will go down as the worst mayor of New York City of all time. The man is a political menace.
The driver was described as black, weighing 200 pounds and fix feet tall. He had on a white T-shirt, black and white sweat pants, and black and white sneakers in the video.
WATCH:
On Friday afternoon, two more traffic cops were attacked. The traffic cops were making an attempt to issue a summons when a driver started fighting with them. One of the officers was punched in the face while another suffered from a hand injury, according to WPIX-TV.
Even before George Floyd was killed at the hands of Minneapolis police, which sparked the riots going on in Democrat cities across the country, de Blasio did his level best to allow New Yorkers to disrespect and degrade NYPD officers, when he gave them stand down orders after multiple incidents of thugs on the streets of New York started throwing water and other liquids on cops. It got to a point where they would take whole buckets of water and dump it over a cop’s head, and the officers couldn’t do a thing about it. So, what did de Blasio expect that stand down order would do, gain love and affection for police? It has emboldened criminals to treat cops like trash.
Violent crime has increased this summer in the NYC. There was a 200% increase in New York City shootings between June 15 and July 2 of this year, when compared to the same period in 2019.
In July, Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) (AOC) hypothesized that the “uptick in crime” in New York City is due to “record unemployment in the United States.”
AOC additionally theorized that New Yorkers are desperate for bread.
“Maybe this has to do with the fact that people aren’t paying their rent and are scared to pay their rent,” Ocasio-Cortez said. “And so they go out and they need to feed their child and they don’t have money so you… maybe have to… they’re put in a position… they feel like they either need to shoplift some bread or go hungry that night.”
AOC has never uttered a word that would force the listener to go run for a dictionary. In fact, Boston University owes her a complete refund for tuition and an apology for allowing her to graduate as a complete moron. What’s worse is that the people of her distract actually elected her.
Police ask if anyone knows anything about the attack to contact the NYPD Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
