Being locked down for a long period of time by blue state governors, after a while, can make you feel like you’re doing a prison sentence. However, for those who are actually sitting in a prison cell, being locked down at home, as opposed to a prison cell, due to the virus pandemic, means blessed freedom for some high-profile criminals.
With the Chinese pandemic virus disaster sweeping the nation’s prison system with rates 5.5 times larger than that of the remainder of the US population, in line with researchers at Johns Hopkins College, high profile inmates have gone from life behind bars to house arrest, definitely a step up for most people, but not so for some of the highfalutin jailbirds.
Michael Cohen learned his lesson this week when he was sent back to prison less than two months after his release due to the virus pandemic because the dumb dumb got caught sitting in a restaurant, which violated his terms of house arrest.
For creepy porn lawyer Michael Avenatti, times have been better.
Back in February, the lawyer. who represented porn star Stormy Daniels in her lawsuit against President Donald Trump, which in the end cost his client dearly as Mr. Daniels was ordered to pay $292,000 for the president’s legal fees, was found guilty of attempting to extort $23.5 million from the shoe company Nike. He is additionally charged with embezzlement in California.
Don’t forget, folks, that the Fake News media like CNN and MSNBC had Avenatti on prime time cable news shows 108 times in just 2 months and 2 days, from March 7 through May 11, 2018. Bill Maher gushed all over Avenatti when he appeared on his show, Real Time with Bill Maher.
Avenatti announced he was thinking of a presidential run against Trump and some CNN hosts told him he would be a great president. That’s how desperate CNN became back then. They thought a lawyer who filed a lawsuit against the president of the United States for a porn star was all the qualifications need to be president.
Creepy is still waiting for his sentencing hearing. He’s facing over 40 years in prison and was detained at Tribeca’s Metropolitan Correctional Center.
The disgraced lawyer was temporarily released in April over concerns about catching the Chinese virus, and he is supposed to return to jail on September 24. He’s now living in a “small one-bedroom” apartment of a friend of his in Venice Beach, California, according to lawyer Mariel Colon. The creepy porn lawyer now sleeps on a sofa in the living room and has an ankle monitor strapped to him at all times.
“Anything is better than where he was,” Colon announced. “He’s scared to go back because of the risk of the virus.”
In a rare sense of schadenfreude, all I can says is HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! It serves him right. Don’t forget that on top of the things he’s still awaiting to be tried and sentenced over, a court forced Avenatti to pay a former employee he stiffed $4.8 million. He was evicted from his law offices in Orange County, California for failure to pay rent, totaling $213,000. Avenatti was also evicted from his New York law offices for failure to pay rent there to the tune of $213,254. For some time he also refused to tell Ms. Daniels what he was doing with the money form her GoFundMe campaign, and the degenerate also got caught creating a second GoFundMe campaign without Daniels’ knowledge.
Michael Avenatti is just an all-around jerk, and everything that’s going to happen to him is his own fault.
