The media began the lie that Donald Trump is a racist the minute he came down that golden escalator to announce he was running for president. In his announcement speech Trump talked about the need to reform our immigration system, and the problems that Americans have to face by the illegal immigration situation that has been going on in our country for decades. The Fake News media immediately changed a single word in a part of Trump’s speech that changed the entire meaning to something dark, sinister, and racist, but it’s something he never said, and yet to this day Democrats and media people continue to push the lie.
Here’s what Trump really said about Mexicans that the Left has lied about since he gave the speech:
“Thank you. It’s true, and these are the best and the finest. When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. Their rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.” [emphasis added]
The dishonest members of the media changed the word “their” to “they’re” to make it seem as Trump called all Mexicans coming over our border illegally are rapists. That’s not what he said, and they all know it. Trump spoke in an iteration, 1) “they’re bringing drugs”, 2) “they’re bringing crime,” 3) “they’re rapists,” dropping the common phrase by the third iteration, which is done all the time in English. The media know this, but they changed the word anyway.
That’s what started the Left’s lies about Trump being racist, and it only got worse from there.
Former Vice President Joe Biden, who launched his 2020 campaign based on the Charlottesville lie that has been debunked six ways to Sunday, and was globally destroyed during Wednesday’s Vice Presidential Debate when Vice President Mike Pence slammed Kamala Harris for repeating the falsehood, tweeted the debunked “Charlottesville very fine people hoax” on Thursday, and he tried to blame President Trump for a foiled kidnapping plot conjured up by militia members in Michigan.
On Thursday, federal agents arrested half dozen alleged militia co-conspirators who had plotted to kidnap Governor Gretchen Whitmer. The group shared an anti-government philosophy and ideology, with one group member having recorded a video denouncing Trump as a “tyrant.”
So much for these guys acting on behalf of Trump.
But Biden and Whitmer each blamed Trump, using no evidence whatsoever, claiming that his rhetoric had inspired the plotters. The knuckleheads in the group all said that it was Whitmer’s lockdown tyrannical rhetoric that inspired them.
Biden went further, once again citing Trump’s speech over the Charlottesville riots back in 2017. Trump said that the neo-Nazis and white supremacists there should be “condemned totally,” yet Biden has claimed for two years that Trump said they were “very fine people.” The president literally said, “You know what? It’s fine, you’re changing history, you’re changing culture, and you had people – and I’m not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists, because they should be condemned totally – but you had many people in that group other than neo-Nazis and white nationalists, okay?” [emphasis added]
Trump could not have been more clear on this, yet Biden and Harris keep repeating the lie.
Thursday night, Biden tweeted a video from Wednesday’s Vice Presidential Debate, showing his running mate Kamala Harris repeating the Charlottesville lie:
Like the Charlottesville lie itself, Biden’s staffers edited out the truth from their video tweet, which was Vice President Mike Pence’s reply to Harris :
“You know, I think this is one of the things that makes people dislike the media so much in this country, Susan, is that you selectively edit — just like Senator Harris did — the comments that President Trump and I and others on our side of the aisle make. I mean — Senator Harris conveniently omitted, after the president made comments about people on either side of the debate over monuments, he condemned the KKK, neo-Nazis, and white supremacists, and has done so repeatedly. You’re concerned that he “doesn’t condemn neo-Nazis?” President Trump has Jewish grandchildren! His daughter and son-in-law are Jewish. This is a president who respects and cherishes all of the American people.”
Here’s Trump in his own words when he condemned neo-Nazis and white nationalists during his Charlottesville speech:

The left-leaning BBC did a fact-check on Harris’s claim and gave it a false rating. Leftist US so-called fact-checkers completely ignored the exchange because it it was such a horrible moment for Harris.
