A judge recently brought some sanity back to a world gone insane.
A gym teacher in Virginia who was suspended for refusing to use preferred personal pronouns for transgender students now must be allowed to go back to work, according to a judge’s ruling on Tuesday.
Last month, the teacher, Byron Cross, said during a Loudoun County Public Schools meeting that he will not recognize “a biological boy can be a girl and vice versa” because of his Christian faith. For that, Cross was not only suspended from his job but was also banned from entering the school grounds.
Even if we leave religious faith out of it, there are only two sexes. The progressive lunatics always tell us to “follow the science” and I hate to break it to them but the science that we follow tells us that there are only two sexes: male and female. People suffering from a mental illness can go around calling themselves anything they want, but when they confront the real world where real science and facts matter, they are the ones who have to conform to reality, not the rest of us. That’s not being mean. It’s being sane.
Virginia Circuit Court Judge James E. Plowman granted the teacher a temporary injunction found in a 7-page order, and he criticized the school district for suspending Cross just three weeks before the school year ended.
“Action could certainly have been taken by the Defendants that did not rise to this extreme,” the judge wrote in the ruling.

Judge Plowman scolded the school in his order stating that an email sent out to Leesburg Elementary School parents about Cross’s suspension was “unnecessary and vindictive” so close to the end of the year.
Cross sued the school last week, saying his suspension violated his First Amendment rights, according to NBC News.
The ruling noted that the district can still petition for a review of the court over the next 15 days.
Cross made the comments during a meeting about a policy called “Rights of Transgender and Gender-Expansive Students” in a school district that is already catching heat for a Woke Supremacy culture war over Critical Race Theory, a racist school program that openly teaches racism to students.
“My name is Tanner Cross and I am speaking out of love for those who are suffering from gender dysphoria,” Cross is heard in a video of the meeting.
That’s what the Woke Supremacy does not want to discuss. The people who are claiming to be transitioning suffer from a mental illness. We should not enable people suffering from a mental illness, but here we are. If someone were suffering from schizophrenia or some other mental disorder like depression or severe anxiety would we enable them in our society by forcing people to accept their illness as something normal even if it harms other people in various ways? If someone suffers from pedophilia, would we encourage them to become a kindergarten schoolteacher?
For the freaks at MediaMatters, no, I did not just equate transgender people to pedophiles.
Cross was referring to an episode of “60 Minutes” that focused on teenagers who are now de-transitioning after figuring out that they rushed into their decision to switch genders.
“I love all of my students, but I will never lie to them regardless of the consequences,” he said. Amen.
“I’m a teacher, but I serve God first, and I will not affirm that a biological boy can be a girl and vice versa because it’s against my religion.
“It’s lying to a child, it’s abuse to a child, and it’s sinning against our God,” he said.
Cross is definitely one teacher you could trust to babysit your kids. And they suspended him for not going along with the Loony Left.
The policy Cross opposed said, “staff shall allow gender-expansive or transgender students to use their chosen name and gender pronouns that reflect their gender identity without any substantiating evidence.”
It’s funny how some people don’t see the sheer madness in it. That means that if you have 100 students who use personal pronouns, you would have to memorize 100 different ways to refer to each one of them, and it could be career-ending because the Woke Supremacy dictates that if you don’t use their proper personal pronoun, it’s considered assault.
