Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) has come under fire after she tweeted out support for small businesses that had been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, just months after she pushed for donations to bail rioters out of jail who looted and set fire to stores that were either damaged beyond repair or were burned to the ground.
“Small businesses, especially Black and minority-owned businesses, urgently need relief to survive the effects of coronavirus this winter. @JoeBiden and I are committed to helping these businesses during this pandemic and get them the support they need to thrive in years to come.”
But the American people never forget things like this. Harris’ tweet seemed to reach the height of gall coming from the woman who supported rioters over small businesses during the pandemonium, chaos and anarchy that ensued in the wake of the death of George Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis police. On June 1, 2020 the senator from California, who wants to be the next vice president, asked for donations to help support “protesters” bail bonds, even though hundreds of businesses were harmed by the rioting that took place. I do the dreaded quotes around protesters, because there were very few protesters who were arrested. Those arrested were committing crimes by either breaking into businesses and stealing merchandise or by smashing store windows and setting the buildings on fire.
Harris took to social media to plead for donations to let the criminal rioters and looters out of jail quickly so that they could get back on the streets and commit more crimes.
“If you’re able to, chip in now to the @MNFreedomFund to help post bail for those protesting on the ground in Minnesota.”
Just in the state of Minnesota, more than 360 businesses in the Twin Cities were victims of being vandalized, were looted, or had doors and windows broken in the wake of the protests.
Some buildings were reduced to rubble and rock piles, looking like they suffered through a war, and there were at least 66 businesses that were completely destroyed by fires set by the very people Kamala Harris was bailing out of jail, according to the Minnesota Star Tribune.
The protests, which Americans have the Constitutional right to engage in, were started over police brutality, but they were quickly taken over by Marxists and anarchists working together to cause riots and the looting of small businesses in a lot of major Democrat-run cities across the country.
Twitter users were not happy with Harris’ attempt to whitewash what she did. “@KamalaHarris
gave money to bail out the rioters who destroyed black owned businesses”
One user said it very succinctly.
“You bailed out looters who destroyed small businesses. Pick a lane.”
“Kamala already did pick her lane. Now she has to back pedal.”
“Maybe you shouldn’t have supported the ‘protests’ that destroyed so many, or supported bailing them out to do it all over again”
“Actually she’s for the rioters that burned down these small businesses she’s now claiming to support. Don’t forget keeping an innocent man on death row because she refused to till the courts forced her… yeah she did that too.”
“Maybe she can help the Caucasian small business owners get a job loading trucks at Amazon. She’s so sweet! I mean, after all, she was bailing out the looters”
One user didn’t mince words:
“That is the most vile, racist statement I’ve heard in a long time. Why are some businesses more worthy of support than others? If this is what the next four years are going to be like, this country is in big trouble.”
“The same businesses that were looted and destroyed during rioting? By the same people for which you helped raise the funding for their bail and legal costs? Hmmmm.”
“Can you just help Americans without color coding everything?”
