Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) and Democratic vice presidential candidate, fought back at a question about her eligibility in an interview on Sunday, slamming the Trump campaign for engaging in “dirty tactics.”
Harris is the queen of dirty tactics. She’s a Democrat.
First off, Donald Trump was asked the question and he answered it. It’s not like Trump is the one who brought it up, and if we’re going to take the question seriously, then you have to recognize that Harris is not a legal citizen. Yes, I said it, and that’s not a conspiracy theory.
Harris was asked during an interview with The Grio about the idea that she is ineligible to serve as vice president because her parents were born outside the United States. That’s where the lie begins. She is not ineligible because her parents were born outside the US, but because they were not citizens when she was born.
She is not a US citizen, because neither of her parents were citizens when she was born, therefore, she is not a citizen, according to the 14th Amendment and the Constitution. Had her parents become citizens prior to her birth she would be a citizen, but they were not, and therefore, she is not.
According to the 14th Amendment, her parents were subject to the jurisdiction of their own home countries and not the US. You don’t become subject to US jurisdiction until you become a citizen.
This is really simple stuff.
Look up what Senator Jacob Howard of Michigan a said of the anchor baby clause, which he proposed:
“Every person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons. It settles the great question of citizenship and removes all doubt as to what persons are or are not citizens of the United States. This has long been a great desideratum in the jurisprudence and legislation of this country.”
The clause “and subject to their jurisdiction” is where Harris is not a citizen. Her parents were not citizens, therefore they were not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
This is the cold hard truth that you will not hear about, so you will have to look it up yourself. The Democrats created the lie that anyone born on US soil is automatically a US citizen. Not other country in the world does that, and neither do we. It’s a lie.
But it won’t matter anyway, because Democrats get away with breaking rules and laws all the times. Rules and laws are for suckers as far that party is concerned.
The president, last week, was criticized for not rejecting the argument, and instead, when asked, responded: “I heard it today that she doesn’t meet the requirements,” before adding: I have no idea if that’s right.”

Why was he required to reject the argument? Is Harris saying Trump is wrong for not having an opinion? That’s insane.
When asked Sunday for reaction, Harris said: “Look, I’m very clear-eyed about the fact that they are going to engage, as you said, in what they have done throughout this administration, which is just, let’s just be very candid and straightforward, they’re going to engage in lies, they’re going to engage in deception, they’re going to engage in an attempt to distract from the real issues that are impacting the American people.”
“I expect they will engage in dirty tactics and this is going to be a knockdown drag out,” Harris said. “And we’re ready. And we’re ready.”
“There is so much at stake in this election and I’m prepared to fight, because this is a fight that is for something, not against something,” she said. “This is a fight for where we need to be. And as you’ve heard me say many times, I’m very, very clear that we need to focus on what can be unburdened by what has been.”
She added: “But as we also know, nothing, nothing that we have ever achieved that has been about progress has come without a fight.”
Harris’ comments were made after a law professor at Chapman University, John C. Eastman, wrote a piece for Newsweek earlier in the week after she was named to the Democratic ticket questioning whether Harris is a “natural born citizen” because her mother was born in India and her father was born in Jamaica.
Here’s the part that the professor is missing, and it’s what every liar on this subject intentionally leaves out. It would not matter if either of Harris’ parents had become a US citizen prior to her birth. She would be 100 percent US citizen, but that’s not how it happened.
Newsweek has since apologized, saying that the op-ed “is being used by some as a tool to perpetuate racism and xenophobia. We apologize,” Newsweek reportedly said in an editor’s note on Friday. “We entirely failed to anticipate the ways in which the essay would be interpreted, distorted and weaponized.”
How on Lucifer’s black beach is it racist or xenophobic to point out that Harris’ parents were not citizens when she was born? Seriously, how? It seems like the Left now calls anything it doesn’t agree with racism.
In the meantime, Joe Biden’s presidential campaign condemned the president over the remarks, referencing Trump’s past involvement elevating false claims that former President Barack Obama may not have been born in the United States.
“Donald Trump was the national leader of the grotesque, racist birther movement with respect to President Obama and has sought to fuel racism and tear our nation apart on every single day of his presidency,” Biden rapid response director Andrew Bates told Fox News in a statement. “So it’s unsurprising, but no less abhorrent, that as Trump makes a fool of himself straining to distract the American people from the horrific toll of his failed coronavirus response that his campaign and their allies would resort to wretched, demonstrably false lies in their pathetic desperation.”
That too is a lie. Trump is not the one who brought his up and he did not give his own opinion.
It was Hillary Clinton and her campaign who started the Obama birther movement when she was running against Obama in the 2008 primaries. Trump was asked about it and said all he has to do is show a birth certificate and people would shut up about it. But then Obama never confronted the question.
Trump campaign senior adviser Steve Cortes on “Fox News Sunday” defended the president, saying that “this is not an issue that we are going to be pursuing.” And why would they? When you have the entire universe of the Left spreading the same lie, and the Left controls all means of media and communication, it’s a losing message, but we know the 14th Amendment says she’s not eligible.
Referring to feedback the president made during a press convention on Saturday, Cortes said: “He said this is not something we will be pursuing. He never brought this up. The campaign never brought this up. Members of the media have asked him about it are trying to create a controversy that simply doesn’t exist.”
But you know darn right well that the Fake News media will from now on always mention that Trump said Harris is not eligible even though he never said it. It’s like when they say he called all Mexicans rapists and that he said neo Nazis and white nationalists were “very fine people.” Neither are true, nor is this.
“What he’s saying is we have not made an issue of this, we will not make an issue of this,” Cortes said. “It’s a nonstarter from our point of view for the president and the campaign.”
