Businessman Mike Lindell, founder, and CEO of MyPillow, Inc. has sued Dominion Voting Systems in Federal court in Minnesota for over $2 billion. Lindell, a huge supporter of former President Donald Trump, spent a considerable amount of his own money investigating the irregularities that happened during and after the 2020 presidential election. He has hired top data and systems experts to go over the 2020 voter data with a specific focus on the Dominion Voting Systems machines.
Lindell’s investigation has garnered results where he claims, among other things, that the Dominion software that was used in many states allowed bad actors to switch votes from Donald Trump to Joe Biden and many votes for Trump removed from the tally. He has documented the online attacks that carried out the data manipulations right down to the date, time, and IP addresses of the culprits. This is computer forensics gathering the data for analysis from the machines.
For his efforts, Dominion sued him to get a jump on Lindell releasing his findings.
Lindell previously said he was going to counter sue Dominion and now he is following through. Along with the Dominion lawsuit, Democrats and leftists have made sure to badger MyPillow sponsors and business partners to drop MyPillow products and the tech tyrants of social media have banned both his personal and business accounts. When the Left goes to that much trouble to get you out of the way you just know you’re onto something.
In the lawsuit Lindell reveals 19 successful cyberattacks on election night, November 3, 2020, where it shows that 555,864 votes were flipped in six of the key battleground states from Trump to Biden which handed the presidency to Joe Biden, arguing that he is an illegitimate president who has driven our economy and society into the gutter.
These 19 cyber-attacks are not the only ones discovered, far from it, but they are the most defining and will be used in the lawsuit to prove Dominion is not being honest about what happened during the 2020 election. Lindell is trying to stop the abuse of the litigation process where big companies and organizations can use the process as a punishment. It’s not right, and he wants to put an end to it by providing some data from his findings.
They have recovered the pcap, otherwise known as “packet capture” which is an application programming interface that captures network traffic and could contain video footage of the whole operation from a cyber technical viewpoint.
Lindell insists he has the “cyber packets fingerprints” of the successful attacks.
Because Dominion made public threats against Lindell and his pillow company, and because they clearly attempted to silence his accusations of voter fraud by Dominion, the MyPillow CEO’s attorneys presume there is additional tort law liability against Dominion and they are going to explore that path.

Here are some excerpts from Lindell’s filing:
“Dominion has weaponized the legal process and intimidated witnesses to election fraud by suing or threatening to sue over 150 private individuals or organizations, including dozens of citizen volunteer poll watchers, with baseless defamation lawsuits or ‘cease and desist’ letters from Dominion’s lawyers at Clare Locke. Dominion further publicly boasts of doing so—merely because those citizens signed affidavits regarding fraudulent or illegal activities they personally observed during the November 2020 general election.
Conclusion: Dominion, Smartmatic, and others are desperate to cover up gross security flaws in their electronic voting systems—and information showing cyber attacks and hacking in the November 2020 election—by uniting in a common purpose to use the litigation process to attempt to suppress the revelation and public discussion of these truths.
In addition, Exhibit 12 shows a subset of 20 documented successful hacks through the election management system in the states of Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Arizona resulting in a total 555,864 votes switched from President Trump to candidate Vice President Biden in the 2020 general election. These hacks came primarily from within China and are identified by the date, location, and the network from which the hack originated and the location and network that was the target of the hack.”

Lindell is also preparing a second lawsuit to reach the US Supreme Court that will outline even more cyber attacks. His attorneys have said that the High Court will have to hear the case.
This is not a conspiracy theory, and it’s not “Russian disinformation” as Democrats and their boot-licking sycophants in the mainstream news media like to say to dismiss arguments that the 2020 election was stolen by the Democrats. To this day the majority of leftists in the media say that Lindell offers “unfounded claims” of election fraud. Unfounded by who? Lindell went to a lot of effort to compile the data and he has data experts who can testify to what they discovered in the data. If the courts Lindell is seeking relief from are not in on it he will present a very effective case. You can watch Lindell’s documentary Absolute Proof and see for yourself the data that shows election tampering by foreign bad actors.
