When you think of MSNBC, you immediately think of the crazy whacked out lunatics who host the shows on that network. The conspiracy theorist Rachel Maddow, the race lady Joy Reid, Joe Scarborough who looks like the kid with the banjo up on the bridge in the movie Deliverance, and Lawrence STOP THE HAMMERING! O’Donnell, to name just a few.
These people will say anything no matter how off the charts, toys in the attic crazy it is, and while saying it, they will label those who disagree as the ones who need a nice little vacation at the giggle house.
It isn’t often that you see a guest on MSNBC that can top the loonies running the show, but on Sunday we saw it happen. Hands down, this was one of the sickest things I ever heard come out of the mouth of someone on a live television news program, cable or not.
On MSNBC’s “Ayman Mohyeldin Reports,” the topic was the leaker of the Supreme Court initial draft document that revealed that the High Court is poised to overturn the 1973 Roe v Wade decision when guest Laurie Kilmartin said, “I would like to find out who the leaker is, so I can make sweet love to that person because that person is a hero to me, okay? And if the leaker… a lot of people are saying it could be a conservative… if the leaker is a Republican, uh, and if I get pregnant during our lovemaking, I will joyfully abort our fetus and let them know.”
That was genuinely horrific, but what’s really telling is that the host and the rest of the panel members broke down into laughter when she said it.

This is how people of that ilk must think about abortion. There is no solemnity to it for them. I could be wrong, but I believe that for most women who get an abortion, it’s a really hard decision for them because no matter how much gray matter is destroyed by years of listening to pro abortion fanatics who preach the garbage of the highest sacrament of the Church of the Woke Supremacy, they know that it’s a human life they are ending and they don’t make jokes about it.
Granted, Kilmartin is a standup comic. Right now, she has a gig writing for the Conan O’Brien show “Conan.” Some comedians like to stand behind ghoulish humor by claiming “I’m a comedian,” and that is supposed to settle it right there. The only person I know of who did not get away with that was Kathy Griffin who held the severed head of the President of the United States in a sick bit she no doubt thought would earn her praise and respect from the Hollywood Left, but instead she saw her career rightfully go down the toilet. I’m willing to bet Griffin laughed at Kilmartin’s baby killing joke, too.
Kilmartin must know that can happen because in response to someone who complained on social media about her words on MSNBC, she tweeted:
“The subject of any joke is irrelevant, it’s all in the execution. Sorry you didnt like my joke, but others did. I’m sure there are some stands up that make you laugh, and I encourage you to continue to enjoy their work!”

I, for one, understand what comedians are going through these days. In many venues you can’t tell a joke because there will always be one or more leftist lunatics who get offended and start yelling out at you and then your show becomes “fend off the heckler.” I get it. But this wasn’t a comedy club or a Last Comic Standing episode. This was a network news show, and there are some things you just don’t joke about and dead babies should certainly be one of them. It was ghoulish humor, and she had to know it wasn’t appropriate.
