Non-Binary Transgender Sues New York State Because Drivers License Only Allows Male or Female For Gender

A 25-year-old who was applying for a New York driver’s license, to replace an old, that will have a non-binary gender identity marker of “X” has sued the state in federal court on Tuesday.

The lawsuit filed by Lambda Legal on behalf of Sander Saba challenges the state policy limiting gender identity on licenses to either male or female.

Saba is a non-binary transgender New York City resident, who believes the prevailing policy is discriminatory.

How so?  There are only two genders, male and female.

“Just knowing that my identity is not recognized by the state weighs on me,” Saba said in a phone interview.

That’s because Saba has a mental illness.  People who suffer from gobbledygook wokety-wokeitis want to validate their belief that they are not one of the two existing genders by forcing normal people to accept their nonsense.

This person is a law school graduate.  Can you believe that?  Saba believes that showing a driver’s license at a bank, a bar, or even at school is “stressful, complicated and confusing.”

sSaba’s lawsuit was filed in federal court, and it names Governor Andrew Cuomo and the commissioner of  New York Department of Motor Vehicles as defendants.

Cuomo spokesman Richard Azzopardi said they’ve yet to see the federal complaint. However, he noted that the state recently changed its policies to make sure that birth certificates accurately reflect the gender identities of transgender and non-binary people, “and we are reviewing other government documents as well.”

Of course they are, because Democrats prostitute themselves for votes.  They’ll make a law saying you can marry a tree if you and the tree will vote for them.

Saba has already secured two identity documents showing an “X” for gender: a New York City birth certificate and an driver’s license from Pennsylvania, which is one of over a dozen states that issue such nonsense on a drivers license.

The modern-day Left has given us nothing but chaos and madness.  Notice that these new laws allowing this kind of gender stuff are in Democrat-run states.  Democrats constantly accuse conservatives of not believing in science, and yet, here we are.  They want to force the idea that there are more than two genders on the rest of us.  These are usually the same people who believe if a man puts on a dress and identifies as a woman, he is a real life woman.

So much for science, right?
