Dominion Voting Systems lawyered up and backed out of testifying in a hearing before a Pennsylvania House Committee on Friday.
PA State Representative Seth Grove (R-York), the interim Chairman of the State Government Committee, and Chairman of the Government Oversight Committee, began the press conference by saying that he was asked to review the 2020 election, reminding everyone that it is 9 days before the end of session.
House Resolution 1100, sponsored by Rep. Jesse Topper (R-Bedford), to direct the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to conduct risk-limiting audits on the ballots in all 67 counties of Pennsylvania, and reestablish the Act 35 Data Report.
According to Grove, the committee has sent extensive questions to the Department of State, and are currently in the process of sending sensitive questions to all 67 counties. But if a county is run by Democrats, does anyone think they are going to respond honestly? If they ignored the law and allowed thousands of fraudulent ballots through for Joe Biden, why would anyone in their right mind believe that they would be honest now?
The questions to the county boards will be in the nature of how did they administer the 2020 election and what issues came up that they had to face?
He went on to mention 14 counties in Pennsylvania that used Dominion Voting Systems’ ImageCast X and ImageCast Precint Scanner:
- Armstrong
- Bedford
- Carbon
- Clarion
- Crawford
- Erie
- Fayette
- Fulton
- Jefferson
- Luzerne
- Montgomery
- Pike
- Warren
- York
The list represents 1.3 million people who voted in the 2020 election or 19 percent of the total vote.
The chairman said that Dominion Voting Systems has received millions of taxpayer dollars to provide voting systems to Pennsylvania.
The committee scheduled a public hearing with Dominion Voting Systems to be held at the time he was speaking, and said that the members of the State Government Committee were looking forward to publicly addressing the plethora of accusations against Dominion in a format which would have allowed open and honest dialog, saying that at first he was impressed that Dominion was willing to discuss the accusations brought forth and that it would have put the 1.3 million Pennsylvanians who used their machines at ease, and that it appeared that Dominion was willing to publicly back up their product, which the taxpayers invested millions to purchase their systems. So people like me, who live in Montgomery County, literally paid to have our Trump votes shifted to Biden or deleted outright if the accusations are correct.
In my opinion, there is no way Donald Trump lost Pennsylvania to Joe Biden. If you live here you felt it in the air, and it was all over the state. Pennsylvanians eagerly and enthusiastically voted to reelect the president.
Grove went to say that, “Unfortunately last evening, Dominion Voting Systems lawyered up and backed out of their commitment to the people of Pennsylvania to come in and discuss in a public format their voting systems that over a million Pennsylvanians put their trust in.” He added, “Instead of running towards a light a honesty and integrity Dominion Voting Systems retreated to the darkness.”
He went on to ask, “Why? Why would vendor of public goods fear discussing their product sold to the public for the public good?” He added, “I Dominion’s products were successful and operated as they were supposed to, why wouldn’t Dominion take the opportunity to publicly review its success?” That’s a damn good question. Why would any company not stand up and defend their products and/or services when accusations are made if they had absolutely nothing to hide?
He continued, “How hard is it to say, ‘our ballot machines worked exactly as promised, and they are a hundred percent accurate?'” And, “Why after weeks of accusations has Dominion Voting Systems not released any analysis of the success of their voting machines to the public on order to stop their accusers in their tracks?” Amen! Any company that is on the up and up would never allow weeks of bad press hit them the way Dominion Voting Systems has. A company that has nothing to hide steps right up and demands to be heard, so that they can state their case to defend the company and the products and services they provide to the public. That did not happen here.
Dominion lawyering up does nothing more than to add validation of suspicion to the accusations made against them about rigging the 2020 presidential election. This, on top of all the history we now know of this company, it doesn’t look good for them or the American people. We now have to ask ourselves, how many past elections were potentially rigged for candidates that should never have been elected?
Grove pointed out that Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar has initiated no plan to address any concerns of Pennsylvania voters and that a significant number of Pennsylvanians have lost faith in our election process, me being one of them, and that if the election was fair and above board the Secretary of State and the department would be falling over themselves to “verify the results and put to rest the mistrust of this election.”
Don’t forget that Boockvar right before the election was slammed by a judge for overstepping her authority when she increased the number of days that provisional ballot voters had to get their ID in. The Executive branch does not have the authority to change laws, and neither does the judiciary, so when the PA Supreme Court ruled to extend the deadline for ballots to be received by three days, they violated not only the PA legislature’s law Act 77 which clearly marked the deadline to receive ballots at 8 pm Election Day, but they also violated the US Constitution’s Article I, Section 4 which says that state legislatures have the sole power over election laws.
WATCH:
Pennsylvanians and many more Americans in other states that used Dominion and saw the same kinds of election irregularities that we have seen happen in Pennsylvania will never again trust future elections unless our election process is fixed once and for all. No more gourmet voting options. Mandatory Voter ID. I don’t care how many whiny complaints and accusations of racism come from it. I contend that it is racist to claim that in 2020 black Americans are too stupid to have a valid ID in our society. You can’t do anything in our society without ID, so no more nonsense.
Absentee voting for soldiers serving overseas and others who give a provable explanation, but no more mail-in ballots. No more same-day registrations, and no more provisional voting. People love to point out that the right to vote is the most sacred right we have as American citizens, and I agree. However, with every right comes responsibility, so if you truly believe it is your right to vote, and that your vote is sacred, then you need to get your ass to your polling place and cast your vote on Election Day. And if you go to a polling place and you forgot your ID then you don’t get to vote. I am sick and tired of making allowances for people who do not take their right to vote as a sacred right, because every action we take to make it easier for the lazy voters out there is really nothing more than an opportunity to abuse it and cheat.
Eric Trump retweeted John Solomon’s Just the News saying Dominion software allows staff to “manually” adjust ballot returns during the counting process. And that’s one of the reasons Dominion Voting Systems punked out of the PA legislature hearing and lawyered up.

This is a great report i haven’t seen else where, will help get it out.
Thank you for that!! I agree fully! ID must be mandatory. You need it to buy everything from spray paint, to Nyquil to alcohol and so on. I also agree it is racist to say minorities don’t have it together enough to muster personal IDs.
A great article that isnt media biased great job!
