Pentagon Moving To Force Military Members To Get Vaccinated With COVID Vaccine That is Still Experimental

By mid-September, the Pentagon is going to ask for approval from the Commander-in-Chief to mandate that all military personnel be vaccinated for COVID-19.

While the administration takes away the dignity of making a personal decision about getting vaccinated from a very special group of Americans who have offered up their lives to protect each one of us and our way of life they are allowing hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants into the interior of our country with no vaccination mandate and they are not even testing them for COVID.

This administration is a disgrace for how they treat the members of our armed forces.

How many of the troops will come down with adverse effects like permanent disabilities or even death from the experimental vaccines? There are, to date, 1.4 million active duty members, a number high enough to believe there will be military members who will be adversely affected by the vaccines and if the Biden administration gets their way, the troops won’t even have a say about it. They will be treated like sheep heading to the slaughter.

The Biden administration is not following the science for anything involving COVID-19.

And it’s not even legal. That’s what’s so frustrating. Title 21, Section 360bbb-3 says that no employer, including the federal government, can force an employee to take a vaccine that is under Emergency Use Authorization. Title 21 says that the president can decide to not alert military personnel that they have the right to refuse an experimental vaccine if he believes it’s for national security purposes. What about the young men and women serving in boot camp right now? I can not think of anything that would fall under national security there. And even if the president decides it’s for national security and doesn’t let the troops know they have the right to refuse, they still have the right to refuse. This administration is stripping them of that right.

Title 21, Section 360bbb-3 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the “FD&C Act”) vests the Secretary of Health and Human Services with the permissive authority to grant Emergency Use Authorizations (“EUAs”) providing that appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed: [emphasis added]

1. that the Secretary has authorized the emergency use of the product;

2. of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and

3. of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks. [emphasis added]

The date for mandatory vaccinations could be moved up if one of the COVID-19 vaccines receives full approval from Food and Drug Administration, according to a memo.

“I will seek the president’s approval to make the vaccines mandatory no later than mid-September, or immediately upon” licensure by the FDA, “whichever comes first,” Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said in a memo to military personnel. “I will not hesitate to act sooner or recommend a different course to the president if l feel the need to do so,” he added.

We reported last week that Congressman Mark Green (R-TN) sent a letter to the Defense Secretary:

“The law of the United States is clear. Mandatory vaccination is illegal for military personnel prior to complete approval (Doe v. Rumsfeld, 341 F. Supp. 2d 1 (D.D.C. 2004). This has not occurred and could be another several months away.

…

As long as the vaccine is authorized under an Emergency Use Authorization, the Department of Defense does not have the authority to implement such an order. Servicemembers who do not wish to receive the vaccine cannot be required until the approval process is completed. Any action to require it is illegal. The Secretary of Defense is not above the law. The courts concurred.”

Someone released a statement in President Joe Biden’s name shortly after the memo came out, signaling his strong support for the move.

“I strongly support Secretary Austin’s message to the Force today on the Department of Defense’s plan to add the COVID-19 vaccine to the list of required vaccinations for our service members not later than mid-September. Secretary Austin and I share an unshakable commitment to making sure our troops have every tool they need to do their jobs as safely as possible,” the president said.

Does anyone believe Biden constructed that memo?

You just heard the Commander-in-Chief admit he supports breaking the law by forcing our military troops to take an experimental vaccine possibly against their will, that the vaccine makers intentionally lost their control group during critical trials.

Folks, the president is the top law enforcement officer in our country and he just advocated breaking the law.

I predicted that when people start pointing out that the government can’t force people to take an experimental vaccine that the Biden administration will force the FDA to give final approval, even in the face of serious problems for people taking the vaccine being reported by doctors around the country and around the world, and by the CDC’s own Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) that collects adverse effect incidents.

Last month, Biden asked Defense officials to come up with a plan to require mandatory shots for troops as part of an effort to grow the number of vaccinated people in the federal government.

What is it with the Democrats that they want as many people vaccinated as possible, even if it means taking away their right to determine their own health care? Is it because the more people that get vaccinated, the smaller the control group of unvaccinated people to compare illnesses among those who are fully vaccinated?

“Since many vaccinations are required for active-duty military today, I’m asking the Defense Department to look into how and when they will add COVID-19 to the list of vaccinations our armed forces must get,” Biden said on July 30.

My God, the man is an idiot. The “many vaccinations” that are “required” have been approved by the FDA after many years of testing for efficacy and any adverse effects. These COVID vaccines haven’t even seen their first birthday! They were given Emergency Use Authorization on December 11, 2020. It’s August 2021. Someone please do the math for President House Plant.

Austin’s memo also said that military services have a few weeks to prepare for the new guidance of mandatory COVID vaccine jabs to figure out how many vaccines will be needed.

Again, why the rush? What is going on with this administration?

Dr. Anthony Mengele Fauci, the man who funded the Wuhan lab’s research on COVID testing, has said that approval for the Pfizer vaccine could be feasible in the next coming weeks.

So not only did Pfizer and Moderna intentionally destroy their control group during clinical trials for efficacy and safety, but now the Biden FDA is going to approve the vaccines after less than a year of use in the real world as an experimental drug.

Vaccine development is a long and complex process that often lasts 10-15 years, so what’s the rush here? Leftists have always loathed the military and so now this administration is using military personnel to beef up the number of federal employees who have gotten vaccinated.

How about this? For every military member forced to get vaccinated for COVID-19, we force an Unregistered Democrat, er, I mean illegal migrant being allowed into our country to be vaccinated so that they stop spreading the Delta variant across the country?

If the Biden administration approves any of the COVID vaccines at this point in time, it should be handled as a crime against humanity. That’s why there are laws against doing what Lloyd Austin is asking Joe Biden to do.
