Canadian police investigated a woman who was caught on video stealing another woman’s pet puppy and then swinging the animal by its leash at the owner like a medieval ball and chain.
An insane dashcam video caught by a motorist in Dartmouth, Halifax revealed a woman motorist taking the pet from its owner before she beat her over the head with her own dog.
The horror show took place on July 1, when police responded to reports of an altercation between four women.
“The altercation started after two females in one automobile confronted two females in the second vehicle regarding being cut off in a drive-thru,” Halifax police said.
One video circulating on social media reveals the moment the argument breaks out; the two automobiles are stopped with their windows right next to each other, as one driver roars in through the window at the other, before the two start throwing punches.
But the second video, captured by another motorist who was stuck sitting behind the area where the incident took place, shows one of the drivers grabbing the other woman’s puppy by its leash, yanking the puppy through the window, carrying the dog in the air hanging by the neck, and then dragging it by the neck towards her own car.
When the owner approaches the woman to attempt to get her dog back, the dog thief swings the tiny dog by its leash in circles, smashing the terrified pup into the side of its owner’s head. She was beating the owner with her own dog.
Frantically, the dog owner tries to get the puppy back from the crazy woman, while crazy chick continues to swing the pooch by its neck, finally hitting the owner with the other end of the leash when she eventually let it go, and then just walked away.
Neither of the women wanted to press charges on the other when cops showed up, but after an outcry online once the video made its rounds on social media, police investigators took things into their own hands.
