This week, the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), a once great organization that has since gone woke, was criticized after the group changed the definition of “racism” on its website so that it is more in line with critical race theory. I didn’t know organizations can change the definition of words.
According to the ADL, racism is the “oppression of people of color” through systems that give privilege to white people.
“The marginalization and/or oppression of people of color based on a socially constructed racial hierarchy that privileges white people,” the ADL’s definition of “racism” reads. Like traditional American race hustlers, the ADL is now espousing the belief that white people actively support a racial hierarchy to privilege themselves.
No, folks, this is not the Babylon Bee.
If the ADL was actively looking for a reason to be lumped in with people who have evil intentions for America, this is it. Like critical race theory, the ADL, which is supposed to be an antidefamation organization, is now promoting defamation and disparagement of an entire race of people. They have joined the woke supremacy that believes you stamp out racism by using racism. That’s like saying you end a person’s cancer by adding cancer to their body.
On the website, there is a notice that the last update to the site was in July 2020, which means they were probably cowering to the nightly riots in Democrat-run cities across America during the Summer of Love after the death of George Floyd.
Before that update, the ADL’s definition of “racism” didn’t pit one racial group of people against another, but gave the actual definition of racism that has been accepted by all parties until wokeness broke out like a virus in America.
“Racism is the belief that a particular race is superior or inferior to another, his or her inborn biological characteristics predetermine that a person’s social and moral traits. Racial separatism is the belief, most of the time based on racism, that different races should remain segregated and apart from one another,” the definition read prior to wokeness.

Merriam-Webster’s dictionary defines “racism” as:
a belief that race is a fundamental determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race.
Dictionary.com defines “racism” as follows:
a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human racial groups determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one’s own race is superior and has the right to dominate others or that a particular racial group is inferior to the others.
In their quest to belong to the woke supremacy, the ADL has stirred up a lot of trouble for itself.
Jews are now coming out against the ADL’s redefining of racism because it causes all kinds of problems in the name of the ADL’s wanting to be considered woke enough to not have their building set on fire in the next riots. What a bunch of cowards.
One such problem that many Jewish organizations are talking about is the ADL’s new definition of racism excludes the Holocaust, which was ENTIRELY about race.

One Twitter user pointed out how the ADL’s definition of racism excludes all other examples outside of white people hate people of color.

Corporations and organizations that go woke, eventually go broke, because wokeness is not an American trait. The ADL definition of racism means that a newborn baby is racist if white. That’s not an acceptable belief in American culture. We have a proud history of fighting to end racism and the results cannot be more clear when a bunch of leftists have to resort to finding new ways of defining racism because of how far we have come to reject racism in our society.
