Trump Wins Lawsuit Brought by NAACP To Block Campaign and RNC From Challenging Vote Counts In Some States and Cities

The National Association for the Advancement of Liberal Colored People (NAALCP) sued Donald Trump‘s campaign and the Republican National Committee (RNC) to block Trump’s efforts to challenge 2020 vote counts in some states, and once again, Trump won.

The NAACP sued to stop GOP attempts to challenge vote counts in several states and cities where Democrat turnout was very high. Those trying to cover up election fraud argued that Trump’s challenges “sought to overturn the result of the election by disenfranchising voters, in particular voters of color in several major metropolitan areas.”

Actually, he and 74 million other Americans want to find out how disenfranchised they were with election fraud in those cities and states during the 2020 election. I live in Pennsylvania and I still do not believe Trump lost the state. It was recently revealed that even Trump’s Attorney General Bill Barr stopped an investigation of a trailer hauling 280,000 ballots, already filled out, heading from New York to Pennsylvania. And there were a lot of other voter fraud schemes revealed during testimony.

And, of course, the plaintiffs were going to make it racial because that’s a trigger for their leftist membership. If certain cities that are run by Democrats are suspected of voter fraud, are they off limits for audits because the cities are majority black? Does the NAACP really think the Republicans would not want to audit a majority white city run by Democrats if there was some evidence of voter fraud?

Do you remember during the 2020 election when Joe Biden claimed proudly that he hired hundreds of lawyers to fight challenges in court if Trump won? It seemed like the Democrats for each state picked at least one county, controlled by Democrats, where massive numbers of mail-in ballots were coming in; Philadelphia, Fulton, Maricopa, Racine, Detroit. Many believe mail-in ballots was the main method of cheating in Democrat cities. All it took was one county to pad the entire state. And the Republicans are trying to find out just how much of that went on.

The NAACP tried to make the Republican court challenges appear like they were trying to suppress the black vote by violating the Voting Rights Act and the Ku Klux Klan Act, both of which were created to stop Democrats from suppressing the black vote.

“Defendants’ efforts to disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of voters—targeting cities with large Black populations, including Detroit, Michigan, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Atlanta, Georgia—repeat the worst abuses in our nation’s history, where Black Americans were denied a voice in American democracy for most of the first two
centuries of the Republic,” the lawsuit argued.

The judge “magically” assigned the case was Emmet Sullivan, the same judge who intentionally railroaded former National Security Advisor Lt. General Michael Flynn on behalf of the Democratic Party. Remember when the DOJ dropped all charges against Flynn that were filed under the Obama administration because they were bogus and never should have been filed in the first place? Sullivan kept the case alive just so that the Democrats could point to it during the election. They also wanted to silence Flynn over all the corruption he knew the Democrats were into in Ukraine and elsewhere.

Donald Trump and the Republican party do not have to face allegations that they violated the Voting Rights Act in the 2020 presidential election, a federal judge ruled on Friday.

The judge withheld ruling on whether Trump and the GOP must face claims that they violated the Ku Klux Klan Act, which for now survives intact. Trump and the RNC lost a separate motion to transfer the remaining litigation away from the Democratic stronghold jurisdiction of Washington, D.C.

Sullivan ruled that the civil rights groups lack standing to advance the Voting Rights Act claim because the lawsuit focuses on past conduct, yet seeks relief on future conduct.

This case was one that many people were keeping an eye on because it might have negatively affected Republican efforts in future elections to monitor heavy Democrat areas where most incidents of election fraud were mentioned in testimony by whistleblowers and data experts during legislature hearings held by the key battleground states. People testified upon penalty of perjury that they witnessed massive voter fraud with things like thousands of ballots that were never folded by were supposed to have been mailed in, begging the question: how does one mail a ballot without putting it into the envelope?

The NAACP also previously argued that voter ID laws were racist because they argued that black people were not smart enough to know how to get a valid ID card, even though most black Americans already have valid identification. And don’t forget the fact that NAACP meetings will not let you inside without a valid form of ID to prove who you are. The truth is, when voter ID laws are followed, honest people get to vote with no problems, while at the same time the cheating is thwarted big time.
