Did you ever make a decision only to wonder later on what in the wide wide world of sports were you thinking?
Terry McAuliffe, the former Virginia Democrat governor who is running again for the same seat, is watching his lead in the polls vanish practically overnight and he has no one else to blame but who he sees when he looks in a mirror.
When you watch your poll numbers drop like a Fake News narrative, you don’t really want to go to political events and face the people to ask for their votes. It’s just not a good idea. This is why McAuliffe is doing an impression of Where’s Waldo?
McAuliffe, who is clearly running as an old-school Democrat who thinks he has it in the bag (and we’ll see if he is the master of his Dominion) has stumbled repeatedly on issues concerning public education which has always been a winning issue for Democrats. However, the corrupt former governor recently said during a debate that parents should have no say in what is taught to their children.
During a debate on September 28, McAuliffe said, “I don’t think parents should be telling schools what they should teach” when asked to respond to complaints about sexually explicit books being in a school library.
After that, compounded with other political gaffs he’s made since then, the polls have flipped at a most crucial time in the campaign cycle and it has shocked and stunned the democratic establishment.
Speaking of political gaffs, McAuliffe even made the blunder of asking President Joe Biden, the man with the brain power of a house plant, to come campaign for him by speaking at a campaign event. He had former President Barack Obama speak as well. Both are corrupt to the core.
The election for McAuliffe was seen as a mere formality, as he was thought of as a shoo-in candidate. But a new Fox News poll shows McAuliffe’s Republican opponent Glenn Youngkin now ahead with an 8 point lead at 53-45. Only 2 percent say they are either wasting their votes on other candidates or are undecided.
LET’S ALL PAUSE FOR A MOMENT HERE WHILE THE LIBERALS GOOGLE THE MATH.
And then there was the little stunt that was pulled by The Lincoln Project, a group made up of perverted former RINO Republicans who are disgruntled because they matter even less now than they did in the past, where they got 5 people to stand in front of a Glenn Youngkin bus carrying tiki torches to signify that the KKK supports Glenn Youngkin. They based this on the recent memory of the Charlottesville clash between ANTIFA and KKK members. I think all 22 of them were there.
ABC News reported:
The purpose of the stunt, according to a press release from the PAC claiming responsibility, was to draw attention to “Glenn Youngkin’s continued failure to denounce Donald Trump’s ‘very fine people on both sides.'”
That’s how disgusting The Lincoln Project is. You can expect the Democrats to lie using racism. You can also expect ABC News to not counter the lie with truth. You don’t expect that from RINOs, especially to help a Democrat.
Donald Trump condemned the hates groups during his Charlottesville speech when ANTIFA clashed with members of the KKK who were carrying tiki torches at a rally to protest the taking down of a statue of Confederate General Robert E Lee and the renaming of the park. Fake News outlets like CNN and MSNBC edited out that part of Trump’s speech. Joe Biden kicked off his 2020 campaign by repeating the Charlottesville lie.
The reality of the situation was ANTIFA, created by the Democrats, clashed with the KKK, which was created by the Democrats, over a statue of Robert E Lee, which was created and then placed there by the Democrats, and The Lincoln Project, along with other left-wing nitwits, want you to believe it was all Donald Trump’s fault?
The McAuliffe campaign scheduled bus tour events in Woodbridge, Prince William County for Thursday night, and another at the Port City Brewing Co. in Alexandria for Friday afternoon.
To promote the Woodbridge event, voters were given a chance to “join Terry McAuliffe as he takes a bus tour across the commonwealth to get out the vote!” Well, that sunk like a lead balloon. In a video tweeted by Lt. Governor candidate Hala Ayala from Woodbridge, where she also scheduled an event at the same place, McAuliffe was nowhere to be found. Where’s McAuliffe?
I started my day by voting for Democrats up and down the ballot and ended my day surrounded by friends, mentors & fellow activists in Prince William County.

And that Port City Brewing Co. event he was supposed to attend on Friday? That’s a big negative for the Democrat candidate, because McAuliffe skipped it due to “inclement weather.” The weather was so inclement that Democratic Representative Don Beyer and union and civil rights activist Dolores Huerta braved the weather to make an appearance in his place. Where’s McAuliffe?

I personally think a man with McAuliffe’s inflated ego chose to pass on the political events because he didn’t want news reports coming out that no one showed up. It’s pretty bad when you have to rely on the myth that you’re still popular. Maybe the former governor decided to use his phony Facebook page “The Download Virginia” to run some more campaign ads through that group’s fake news sites that make it look like they are legitimate news outlets spreading bald-faced lies about Glenn Youngkin. Yeah, he got caught doing that as well.
McAuliffe may think parents have no right to say what schools teach their children, but they certainly have the right to vote against him.
If McAuliffe loses this election on Tuesday, it will send shock waves through DC Democrats, and the former governor has only himself to blame.
