Why Is Attorney General Merrick Garland Refusing To Enforce the Law To Protect Six Supreme Court Justices From Protesters Outside Their Homes?

The Politically Correct Death Squad’s screaming, chanting, and raving outside the homes of six Supreme Court justices are against federal law, and Merrick Garland, President Joe Biden’s Attorney General, is refusing to enforce that law. You have to ask yourself, why?

Here’s the law in question.

18 U.S. Code § 1507 – Picketing or parading:

Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

The exceptionally clear law says that it’s a crime to protest “in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge” with “the intent of influencing any judge.”

So, why aren’t there federal agents gathering up the hundreds of pro-abortion screaming banshees breaking the law by protesting outside the homes of six justices in the hopes of intimidating them to change their votes on the Mississippi abortion case where the leaked draft document read s that Row v Wade was going to be overturned?

I think the answer it clear. The Biden administration is ignoring the law because they too want the justices to be intimidated into changing their vote on overturning the flawed Roe v Wade.

The Supreme Court has upheld many restrictions on the times, places, and manners of speech.

The point here is that the Biden administration has shown itself to be lawless in many cases, like how this administration has violated every one of our immigration laws and they are right now pushing to violate the Second Amendment with federal gun control laws, and they tried to violate the First Amendment with a Disinformation Governance Board, just to name a few.

But this time is the most egregious. When the government allows the intimidation of justices on the highest court in the land because the administration doesn’t like the lawful adjudication of justice, it crosses a line that should never be crossed. Our democracy depends on our courts and judges being protected so that they can do their jobs without being intimidated. Otherwise, our system will be considered corrupt.

After the 2020 election debacle, the American people have lost faith in the government. Things like this, where the protesters are being allowed to violate the law, aren’t helping.

No matter what the circumstance, the law is the law and Joe Biden and Merrick Garland have both sworn an oath to uphold the law and Garland is not doing it. They are members of the Politically Correct Death Squad, but that’s no excuse for ignoring the law.

Just think about this for a moment. Six justices on the US Supreme Court are being intimidated by leftists who believe in the slaughter of innocent babies and our federal government isn’t doing a thing about it. However, if a Pro-Life group protests within a certain amount of feet from an abortion clinic, they will be arrested and charged with a federal crime.

It is astonishing how the Left in power creates two justice systems: one for them and one for the rest of us.

I don’t like Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) for many reasons, but the one reason I would donate to his campaign is because he kept Merrick Garland from getting on the Supreme Court.

Garland is violating his Constitutional oath of office by not enforcing the law here. He does not have discretion when it comes to enforcing this law. He would have been a complete disaster on the Supreme Court because he’s a complete disaster as the US Attorney General.
