David Harris Jr was deplatformed by YouTube. Why? Because he did videos where he told the truth, and YouTube censors certain narratives that just so happen to coincide with what the Democratic Party’s leadership does not want to be disseminated on social media. The reason of choice is no different from the other tech tyrants who you have probably bumped heads with over the years if you’re a conservative.
When you don’t back down and keep posting truths that the Democrats don’t like, YouTube deplatforms you. That’s how the Marxists roll.
And don’t believe for a second that what they do to their enemies is all the result of normal Terms of Service being enforced.
Three times I have been hit with a notice that a video I uploaded for a story I was writing had to be pulled because it violated YouTube’s terms of service. Of course, I’ve read their Terms page and knew that I did not violate their terms of service at all.
All three times this happened to me went the same way. I was notified by YouTube that my uploaded video was pulled for violating their terms of service. I appealed the decision and provided background information and supporting evidence that showed the information in the video did not violate their terms of service.
All three times this happened to me, I heard nothing back about my appeal. The tech tyrants of Silicon Valley rarely ever respond. What would happen is five or six weeks later, I would receive an email telling me that they looked at my video again and determined that they made a mistake and that I did not violate their terms of service after all. They reinstated the video, but by that time, the story was old and I had already found an alternative way to show the video.
I then got to thinking that each time this happened to me, which were with different videos and months apart, the one thing in common as to the nature of the violations was my videos were pulled offline until the news cycle for the story I was writing, which was captured in the videos, was over. They were censoring me for the Democratic Party. Can I prove that beyond a shadow of a doubt? No, but I, like my readers, am not an idiot.
This is what YouTube has become, a tool to silence the opposition to the Democratic Party and woke leftist causes.
I recommend Rumble.com to conservative video content creators. They allow free speech and they have a monetization system in place.
The good news is that YouTube is dying. A platform that censors people for a political party, especially a political party that is destroying our country, is a cancer on society and it should die.
I’m not even setup for monetization there. I can’t imagine how angry it makes conservatives who spend a lot of time putting together videos for their channel’s subscribers only to get a strike and have the videos removed for not doing anything wrong other than speaking the truth about issues that the Democrats don’t want said.
David is a humble man and a man of God. Therefore, we don’t ever hear him go off about these things, and I can only wonder about how pissed he must have been when they removed his page. I’ve written stories for David’s company for years, and I can tell you right now that he fact checks them personally when he spots something that we may have gotten wrong or if the issues of the story changed, which happens in this rapidly-chaging world.
The sad truth is that we also have to self censor known truthful writing to make sure the social media censors don’t give us a strike for speaking the truth. Too many strikes and you get deplatformed.
Isaiah McCall, a New York City comedian and co-founder at Yard Couch, says that YouTube is dying and “it could very well become the next Myspace by 2030.”
That’s a really big statement, but when you get into it, he’s probably spot on.
The same way MySpace moved to Forgotten Roads is how YouTube is heading now.
Promo Research released a report recently that shows Google-owned YouTube is not the most popular social media site among American teenagers. TikTok has taken over that title.
TikTok, a Communist Chinese Party social media app, is the fastest growing social media app in the world, reaching over 1 billion users. It’s crazy because YouTube gets accused of appeasing the Chinese communist government by deleting comments that contain certain Chinese-language phrases related to criticism of the country’s ruling Communist Party (CCP).
I won’t use the TikTok app because of all the stories behind spying software that comes with the app that the Chinese government uses to spy on you.
If you doubt me, just take some time to read TikTok’s new U.S.-based privacy policies to find out the ways in which TikTok plans to collect biometric identifiers and biometric information. The data being collected includes “faceprints” and “voiceprints” which are digital recordings of people’s faces and voices. Imagine what they can do with that.
Unlike YouTube, TikTok’s audience is already large and is experiencing an unparalleled rate of growth.
TikTok and YouTube are at war. For example, TikTok is famous for its “short form” videos. They have done so well that YouTube recently came up with a “Shorts” feature to compete with the Chinese communists.
So the American communist platform is trying to keep up with the Chinese communist platform, but the Chinese are going to win because YouTube’s audience is full of old guys like me while TikTok is capturing younger generations.
Here’s where Go Woke, Go Broke is going to kill YouTube.
Many argue that MySpace died because it became clear to the users and visitors that the site went corporate with featured ads from corporations and celebrities and people realized that independent artists were no longer being prioritized even though their content was what made MySpace the powerhouse it once was.
Facebook came along and capitalized on the ugliness of the MySpace website, providing users with feeds that had fewer ads and a cleaner look to work with. It looked like a modern-day iPhone compared to 1980s Motorola DynaTAC. MySpace took its popularity for granted, thinking no one was going to knock them off their perch.
We are witnessing this happening with YouTube, except their death knell is not from their arrogance blinding them to competition but from going woke and cutting deals with governments to violate Constitutional rights for the government because they aren’t allowed to do it. After a while, too many people realize what’s going on, and though most people will have apathy toward their friends being censored and abused in other ways on these social media platforms so they stayed there, today things are different because the tech tyrant platforms are the only ones in town anymore, and that’s what is going to kill YouTube and probably the others within the next 10 years.
