Joe Biden or should I say his handlers since he probably doesn’t know what he is saying without his cue cards are entering the next phase. He now wants to change their status to citizens.
If you complain, you will be deported.
Biden is combining the U.S. Department of Education, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of State, Department of Labor, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Agriculture, and the Social Security Administration to work on giving eligible immigrants citizenshiop.
The question here, who is “eligible”? Are they people who are actually eligible or will they be made eligible by the Biden administration? It sounds like they want to pack the voter rolls before the 2022 midterm elections.
One of the biggest things Biden wants his administration to do is tear down the public charge rule.
That will cost the United States dearly in welfare benefits, including Social Security.
Sec. 4. Immediate Review of Agency Actions on Public Charge Inadmissibility. The Secretary of State, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and the heads of other relevant agencies, as appropriate, shall review all agency actions related to implementation of the public charge ground of inadmissibility in section 212(a)(4) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), 8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(4), and the related ground of deportability in section 237(a)(5) of the INA, 8 U.S.C. 1227(a)(5). They shall, in considering the effects and implications of public charge policies, consult with the heads of relevant agencies, including the Secretary of Agriculture, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, and the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.

Homeland Secretary Alejandro N. Mayorkas released a statement:
“New citizens, strengthened with the power and responsibilities that American citizenship brings, make our Nation better. This strategy will ensure that aspiring citizens are able to pursue naturalization through a clear and coordinated process. (With a goal of) “promoting naturalization to all who are eligible.”
The states need to start lawsuits to end this Executive Order which I believe could possibly be illegal if Biden makes non eligible migrants eligible by reinterpreting the laws and regulations governing illegal and legal migration and the awarding of citizenship.
